glm team

Hello, so 1-2 weeks ago GLM team warned us unfairly, so we're here seeking for justice. They warned us for kicking members before punishment, however, we just did that to 2 members, When we PMed Jonio (A GLM) he said we kicked 5 members before they get punished: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/566894703560097819/610137266664374323/unknown.png, TheBoss, Inflames, Silentguy, D37, and ArchAngel, and that's not true at all, we just kicked TheBoss/ArchAngel before they get punished because they had valid complaints against them, the other punishments of D37/Silentguy/InFlames were counted in /gmp, Here's a proof from history and punish log that show time of the punishments, when they got punished and when we kicked them: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/566894703560097819/606934774715514895/whatajoke.png and that SS shows only 2 members we kicked before punishment, the other 3 their punishments were counted in /gmp, we kicked them and never re-invited them, no where it says that we should not kick members who got a valid complaint on them, should we wait them to get punished and then kick them or what? that would be ironic, so we should have waited TheBoss 30 days to come online then we kick him? he could have been banned while being offline and it might not even be in /gmp. We have PMed Brian about this situation and he said that: Don't waste time with an IR, I'll tell GLMs to revoke the warning (if that's the only reason of the warning) on 05/08/2019, and today Jonio just said that: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/566894703560097819/610124131568058369/unknown.png, so we have decided to open this IR.
