he has a history of abusing his tenants and illegal evictions. he bought up a bunch of dilapidated ghetto buildings around the lake during the recession, evicted all the old tenants, slapped a new coat of paint and some new appliances in them and started renting them out at almost $1,000 more than their market rate.

he is a slumlord and doesn't care about all the problems in the poorly maintained and ghetto buildings he owns. he doesnt live in them and only uses them to milk easy money from bay area renters. his buildings are notorious for their poor conditions, high crime rates, homeless and drug problems and noise.
