Statement:

The majority of the higher-ups in the KGN community have had enough of the actions that have been occuring these past few days. All of us feel belittled and betrayed by many of your actions, and it's beginning to reach Jihad levels of bad to us at the moment. By that I mean you've become a dictator and you're refusing to listen to any of us, and taking the decision making process into your own hands and your hands only. What's more: When decisions are made they should be put into effect, if not immediately before anything else. I can understand if you are busy, but you're certainly busy enough to play multiple hours of G-Mod without doing anything to help our server prosper at all. So, it is with our regret that we propose this ultimatum to you.

The Points:

All 3 points MUST be adhered to or consequences will immediately follow (see below for consequences)

1: Treat EVERYONE on the server EQUALLY.

You have allowed Socks to receive over 20 warnings without taking any sort of action for his behaviour due to the sole fact that he is a donator. You have unbanned Wexerisco twice after he has broken the server rules multiple times and had many warnings. In contrast, when a newer user was banned permanently for RDM + Leave and protested it, you didn't raise an eyebrow. I don't care if that person was a squeaker; it's disgusting that you're undermining the ideals of a equal server for all members, and we need to stamp this out. While we're on this, you have shown a great deal of favouritism to members as well, such as the case with Wex and Socks, along with other users you have deemed "friends", yet you treat other users poorly for unjustified and unfair reasons.

2: Do more to help the server benefit.

None of us are asking you to be Superman and constantly shell out updates for the server, but what we are asking for is for you to do more to help our server benefit. You are online for a very good portion of the day, which some of the time could be spent implementing features to the server, such as the ones on the pastebin. We understand that sometimes you want to play and not get stressed by this stuff, and that is more than fine. However, the implementations that you have added recently are not only few and far between, but they don't do a whole deal to help our server (e.g the leaderboards. Not a bad idea, but there are things that need to prioritized way before that like archived logs and finishing the donations/pointshop stuff). By adding stuff to the server, you keep users invested, and you allow us to broaden our horizons so we can finally think about expanding our servers. Like someone said on the Skype chat, we need our TTT server to be perfect before doing so, and you are doing very little in that regard.

3: Listen to the community.

You have been extremely impulsive these past few days; listening to very few either in the Skype chat, on the forums or on the server in general, and have been making decisions solely by yourself. That is what Jihad did to make us all despise him, and none of us here want a repeat of what happened there with KGN. The staff's complaints about Wex, Socks, the server, the forum or anything have all fallen on deaf ears, and you are doing nothing to add any of the things we have suggested. You have not been approaching any of us about unbannings and changes that you are thinking of making to the server. You have been selective of your own rules; unbanning members for constantly breaking the rules while not unbanning others for doing far less. You should also acknowledge that the staff and community of KGN have had a major impact on how popular KGN has become, and I think you've let this popularity get to your head a bit because it is your server. We feel insulted because of this, and especially because you ignore us for very little reason. Don't take this as us insulting your work for us, because we do appreciate it, it's just that you aren't appreciating us in return.

Consequences:

Failure to adhere to these actions will result in consequences being enacted.
