Why should we choose you over other applications ?
You should choose me for multiple reasons:
- I have been staff on many servers, both small and large, profitable and non-profitable and know very well how to help grow a player base, making the experience for all members enjoyable and fair. In my time being staff, I’ve learnt a lot about what to and not do to, and am extremely hard working and flexible to any rules that you may put in place, and will follow them exactly. I can help players in sticky situations and solve arguments with no one getting too upset, which is a huge advantage for a staff member
- I can dedicate a lot of time to your server, apart from school and some real life situations, I can be on almost all the time. When i’m on I will be doing my job too, and not ignoring people or disregarding people’s problems and questions.
- I will never abuse my permissions, I know this is a huge worry for server owners but I can assure you with 100% certainty that I will never be abusive with my permissions, and will play fairly and legitimately without using hacks or unfair mods too.
- I have good knowledge in screen sharing and clients, and am able to ban cheaters easily and efficiently, keeping the server clean from anyone you don’t want on it.
- Finally, I love to have a joke sometimes and enjoy playing Minecraft with my friends, so I’m not always boring, though when the time comes for it I can be serious and treat said situation professionally. :smiley:
Experience -
- I have had a lot of experience administrating, moderating and owning servers throughout my time playing Minecraft. I’ve been moderator on a few servers from which i’ve learnt how to do my job properly, and owned a few servers my self some of which managed to be some-what popular. I’ve also had past experience working with the HCF community on various different servers, which taught me how to screen share and determine who’s actually cheating or not.

How would you handle  if none of the higher staff were on and someone decided to grief or spam? -
- First, I would have taken note of what to do in such situation from the staff rules or the equivalent for your server, and would act accordingly. If there was no staff rules, I would get proof of the offender and send it to a higher staff member for them to punish them. If I had permissions to ban, mute act then I would deal with them myself.
