[07:11] <Ikiryo> Anai has led Tazzari to her bedroom. It's a simple stone room, without any windows. There is an everburning torch on one wall that provides light without heat, a small bed one one side of the room and a desk with books piled on it on the other side...
[07:15] <Earthflame> Tazzari smiles around the room... And now they're in private, she quietly takes Anai's hand again, giving it a gentle squeeze. "...It's, um, nice."
[07:19] <Ikiryo> Anai raises an eyebrow, clearly not believing that's Tazzari's opinion.
[07:20] <Earthflame> She moves over to look at the books...
[07:22] <Ikiryo> Most of them are spellbooks, though some are not. Books on history, theology, astronomy and a couple of storybooks.
[07:22] <Earthflame> She reaches down to one of the storytooks with a smile. "It, um, is nice... It feels like, um, a home..."
[07:32] <Ikiryo> Anai shrugs "It's...I don't know. I havn't been here for so long, I'm suprised the books are still here..."
[07:33] <Earthflame> "How long...?"
[07:35] <Ikiryo> "A year? It took me six months to learn the Mid-Childen language and a lot of it's culture...and they wanted to talk to me more about my planet before they sent me to the academy."
[07:35] <Earthflame> "I, um... I didn't know." She nods slowly, moving to give Anai a hug. "...That sounds lonely..."
[07:45] <Ikiryo> She hugs back, smiling. "Only for the first few months."
[07:46] <Earthflame> "Still, um... I'm glad you've got past that, now..." She squeezes the other girl close. "Do we need anything before we, um..."
[07:50] <Ikiryo> "I don't know." She gives a hint of a cheeky smiles "Is there anything we need to do in my bedroom?~" She's rummaging through the books...
[07:52] <Earthflame> That makes her blush and stutter. "Ah, um, well, I mean..." She is pink cheeked as she peers at the table. "...You, you said there was a book we needed, um, right?"
[07:53] <Ikiryo> "...alright, I guess...if books are what you are interested in..." She mock pouts but pulls out one book in particular.
[07:54] <Earthflame> "Well... I mean..." She looks down, murmuring. "...Do you think we have time?"
[07:55] <Ikiryo> "For what?~" She giggles and gives Tazzari a peck on the cheek.
[07:55] <Earthflame> "For, um... Other things. Um. That you do. Um. In bedrooms..."
[07:58] <Ikiryo> Anai puts her hand to her mouth, mocking shock. "...that is where your mind first goes? Oh my Tazzari..."
[07:59] <Earthflame> "I'm sorry!" She squeeks, looking down. "I just meant um cuddling and um maybe kissing um and um maybe but I didn't expect um..."
[08:00] <Ikiryo> "I know what you were thinking of...you LEWD girl." She giggles.
[08:00] <Earthflame> "I'm, um, no!" She flails, looking utterly red faced.
[08:02] <Ikiryo> "Yes you were! You were thinking naughty things!" She leans in, very close to Tazzari, staring her in the eyes.
[08:02] <Earthflame> "Anai..." She whimpers, blushing scarlet... If she wasn't before, she absolutely is now.
[08:03] <Ikiryo> "You were! I know it." She leans in closer...and gives Tazzari a peck on the cheek...and breaks down giggling.
[08:04] <Earthflame> "Anaiiiii." She whines, sitting down on the bed, still blushing. "...Only because of you..."
[08:05] <Ikiryo> Anai sits down next to her...and whispers in Tazzari's ear 'What are we going to do on the bed, Tazzari?' The giggling continues.
[08:06] <Earthflame> "I just had to catch my breath!" She squeaks out, turning to Anai with a pout. "After you, you... doing all this..."
[08:08] <Ikiryo> "Doing all what?" Her face is pure innocence as she leans in to kiss Tazzari on the lips.
[08:08] <Earthflame> Tazzari tries to reply, but then the kiss silences her... And seems to dispel all her complaints, at least for now.
[08:09] <Ikiryo> Anai...still isn't a good kisser. She's enthusiastic at least though.
[08:10] <Earthflame> Tazzari is in a similar state... But with no frame of reference, there's nothing better to compare it to. She pulls back after a moment, smiling, but quietly murmuring. "Mean..."
[08:11] <Ikiryo> "So mean you don't want more kisses?"
[08:12] <Earthflame> Another blush. "...I, um... Well, I'm..." She pouts again, lip trembling. "...I want more kisses, but you're still mean..."
[08:14] <Ikiryo> "So no. Not so mean you don't want kisses." She sticks out her tongue. "And it's your fault."
[08:14] <Earthflame> "I didn't do anything!" She flails again.
[08:17] <Ikiryo> "Yes you did. You were dangerously cute." She keeps her tongue stuck out. "...that and you told me that if you overheat, I get to see cooling fans. That's now my goal."
[08:19] <Earthflame> "...Fins. I don't, um, have fans in my head..." She's still blushing. "...And I don't think it works like that. Um. Unless I'm doing a lot of data processing... Like, um, simulations or probability modelling..."
[08:21] <Ikiryo> "...oh..." She pauses, pondering...and gets a wicked grin. "And you've done no simulations about you and me?" She's blatently just teasing Tazzari at this point.
[08:22] <Earthflame> "...I. Um." Slowly redenning again. "...I, um, well... I do have some, um, software, but that's not the intended use, but, um..." She's staring at nothing now... Or whatever she's seeing inside her head.
[08:24] <Ikiryo> "But it's what you are using it for now?~" She leans in "...I don't mind~" She's thumbing through the book as she teases Tazzari.
[08:24] <Earthflame> ...Silence. Staring. And a tinny little sound...
[08:26] <Ikiryo> Anai grins and gives Tazzari another kiss.
[08:42] <Earthflame> Her eyes widen, kissing back... And, with a pair of soft clicks, two thin slivers of metal begin sliding out from above her ears...
[08:43] <Ikiryo> Anai needs to force Tazzari into more things to focus on...so she reaches around...and squeezes Tazzari's butt.
[08:45] <Earthflame> That gets a little squeak as those slivers of metal extend... They're a deep purple colour, similar to her undyed hair, and curve around behind her head before they begin to open, splitting into a thousand fractal petals, a large and complicated looking cooling away... Which resonates with the tinny sound of heating and contracting metal as Tazzari's wide eyes and red cheeks show she's got
[08:45] <Earthflame> Plenty to think about...
[08:46] <Ikiryo> "...oooh, that's beautiful...I should do this more often~"
[08:48] <Earthflame> The usual cool colour of the fins is highlighted by pinpoints of light at it's very edges, where the hot metal sings and the air bleeds the heat away. "...Anai..." Tazzari whispers, eyes still unfocuse.d
[08:48] <Ikiryo> "Yes Tazzari?~"
[08:50] <Earthflame> "You're... Beautiful..." She breathes out, seeing... Something. Apparently in great detail, as the fins flex and shift in the air, stirring a breeze to cool themselves faster.
[08:57] <Ikiryo> "...so are you." She hugs her tight. "...now, I want to see what you are seeing~"
[08:57] <Earthflame> "Um..." The blush goes pink. "There's, um, a lot of it..."
[08:58] <Ikiryo> "So...can't your device make AR displays?"
[08:58] <Earthflame> "...Yes..." She lets out a little gulp.
[08:59] <Ikiryo> "I.Want.To.See."
[09:00] <Earthflame> ...The room lights up with displays, as Tazzari murmurs. "I, um, have anatomical programs and, um, I linked them into the contextual simulations and, um..." she babbles up a bit as the screens show... Pink. A lot of pink.
[09:01] <Ikiryo> Anai...goes very red. "Umm...creative..."
[09:02] <Earthflame> ...And then the displays start to cycle. Every single time, there's something new on every single one. "You, um... Inspire me..."
[09:03] <Ikiryo> Anai hugs Tazzari tight, grinning
[09:04] <Earthflame> Tazzari cuddles into her... Carefully. She tilts her head to keep the cooling fans from bumping. "...You. Um. You don't mind?"
[09:05] <Ikiryo> "Not at all~" She reaches up to stroke the cooling fins...and frowns "...that was a bad plan. Hot." She sounds more annoyed with herself than pained.
[09:06] <Earthflame> The fins are Very fragile, the metal wafer thin. Tazzari winces. "Um... Sorry..."
[09:07] <Ikiryo> "It's alright...heat doesn't bother me." She was careful, at least, not to bend them. "Someone else probebly shouldn't grab them though." Her hand is a little red at most, like she had a slightly too hot shower.
[09:09] <Earthflame> "Wow, um..." She smiles. "...I'm scared of deploying them because they, um, really hurt people... I'm glad you're okay." They slowly begin to retract, Tazzari leaning in to nuzzle at Anai.
[09:14] <Ikiryo> Anai nuzzles back "...best cyborg."
[09:14] <Earthflame> Tazzari lets out a little happy sigh, murmuring. "...Thank you. Um... You're just... The best..."
[09:16] <Ikiryo> "And I should know I've met...You...Aatalanta...Mneme...Achille...a nice TSAB lady called Dieci...I've met plenty and you are the best."
[09:17] <Earthflame> ...She tenses a little at that. "...Dieci is, um... My sister, I guess... I've never met her, or any of the others... Didn't want to..."
[09:19] <Ikiryo> "She was nice. Not very talkative but nice. She was helping at the school I leaned Mid-Childen at." She tightens the hug. "You are still best."
[09:20] <Earthflame> "Thank you..." Her fins retract entirely, the very very pink displays turning off as she snuggles into Anai. "...I still wish I wasn't a cyborg. But, um, if I can help you, and help save your world... Maybe it's okay..."
[09:22] <Ikiryo> "And I still think you are stupid about that."
[09:23] <Earthflame> "...It's not a good thing to be, Anai..." She murmurs, resting against her shoulder.
[09:24] <Ikiryo> "Only because it's not a bad thing either."
[09:25] <Earthflame> "...How'd you mean...?"
[09:26] <Ikiryo> "It's not good, it's not bad...it's like...my hair. It's not a good hair colour, it's not a bad hair colour. Except being a cyborg also lets you do cool things."
[09:26] <Earthflame> "...You have nice hair..."
[09:27] <Ikiryo> She smiles but pokes Tazzari's chest "Don't argue with me."
[09:28] <Earthflame> She smiles a little bit at that. "...I like your hair, so I won't let you say bad things about it..."
[09:28] <Ikiryo> "And I like your cooling fins and metal brain."
[09:30] <Earthflame> "...If you like them, um... They can't be all bad..."
[09:31] <Ikiryo> "Good. Now...remember the moping or kisses deal?"
[09:32] <Earthflame> "Kisses." Comes her very quick answer, smirking up at Anai.
[09:33] <Ikiryo> "Good. Then hold up your part of the bargain." She gives Tazzari a quick peck
[09:33] <Earthflame> Tazzari giggles, and leans up to kiss her. After all, while she's kissing she can't be moping!
[09:35] <Ikiryo> Anai eventually breaks the kiss, grinning at Tazzari "And I found the book on light orbits."
[09:35] <Earthflame> "Oh! I should, um, look at that... Later..."
[09:36] <Ikiryo> "Later is a good plan~"
