definitions?

All bosses:
a) All bosses needs to be defeated in their boss room.
b1) Agahnim 1 needs to be defeated in his room in Agahnim's Tower.
b2) Agahnim 2 needs to be defeated in his room in Ganon's Tower.
c) Which dungeon or cave you have loaded (where you initially entered from overworld) does not matter.
d1) Agahnim 1 and Agahnim 2 are considered defeated on the frame Link starts to warp to the pyramid.
d2) Ganon is considered defeated once the Triforce bridge is fully extended, and Link is free to move again.
d3) All remaining bosses are considered defeated once you pick up the Heart Container that dropped from the boss' sprite.
e) With the exception of Ganon, in theory, if you revisit the boss room without using any glitches, they should not reappear.
f) Refights and the Ball & Chain Trooper in Hyrule Castle are not considered boss battles.

All crystals/pendants:
a) Before entering the Triforce room, you need to have all pendants and crystals. This means that you should be able to open Ganon's Tower and pick up the Master Sword without any major glitches.
b) The order you pick up the crystals/pendants in does not matter.
c) Which crystal/pendant you grab from which dungeon does not matter.
