  21. - think of your family, your friends. you fulfill their lives. those suicidal thoughts you may be having now; the huge burden of despair that’s weighing you down right now – that will only pass down to them, leaving them to wonder for the rest of their lives blaming themselves for not being good enough to save you. suicide is chain reaction.

  27. - know that you are loved. you are important. you mean more than you know right now, more than you will maybe ever know. you are worth all the stars in the sky. you deserve to feel good.
