  7. Vale sat in his melancholy lab, thinking over past events. He had lost two of his best friends, both of which wanted him to live on. He honestly felt a good bit lonely, not knowing exactly what he would do next. He slowly leaned his head forward, and rested his head on his desk, sighing softly. "What am I gonna do, without you two idiots? Yeesh..." He sighed softly, a slight sob coming from him for a brief moment. He got his emotions under control swiftly, and sat up, sighing. He needed to improve the power of his Cybernetics. In order to do this, he would have to copy the module Aaron used on him, during their fight.

  9. He had learned of the module before. He called it "Overdrive," And it kick started, and overclocked the inner mechanisms of cybernetics, and enhanced their power by 50%. Or at least that was a somewhat accurate calculation, as to how much power he gained. "Hm.." He began to rock the stool he sat on, back and forth. He had Aaron's body, which was mostly Cybernetic, and wouldn't decay. So he could rip the wiring from it, and use that to recreate his own invention. Of course, he would have to understand the inner workings of the Module to begin with.

  11. Overclocking is the action of increasing a component’s clock rate, running it at a higher speed than it was designed to run. This is usually applies to the CPU or GPU, but other components can also be overclocked... He assumed Aaron took this principle, from computing, and applied it to his Cybernetic body. He said he couldn't stay in his Overdrive mode for very long, as his body overheated. That's all Vale had to go on. Scratching his head, he stood up, and slowly walked his aging body to his other desk. He was almost fourty now. Sorta scary.

  13. He plopped down in his seat, and pulled out wiring, an alluminum sheet, and some other basic hardware, he would use to simulate Aaron's module. He used the blueprint he made, and on his computer made a slight 3d simulation as to how the module would look, and how it would fit into someone's body. Also how it would function... It wouldn't have a severe adverse effect on an Android, but on a Cyborg. It would take the internal temperature of their organs, and could potentially fry them. So it would be risky to keep it active for long.

  15. He dragged over Aaron's body. Something he would keep around for a long time. He began to analyze it closely, and copied the wiring from it onto the alluminum sheet, making sure it was down to the wire - Heh, literally.

  17. After a few minutes work, he had the basic components of it down, but would have to wire it up so it wouldn't immediately evaporate all of the water inside a Human's body...

  19. "How will I manage that," He muttered to himself, rocking back into his seat. It was made of a stool, but It had a fluffy back support to it, so he wouldn't fall out of it when he leaned back, and potentially smack his head against his concrete walls. This was a damn sturdy ship, he wondered how it stayed in orbit sometimes. Leaning his head down into his desk, he began to ponder why he even continued his work. With his friends dead. But decided that it was just their time, and eventualy, some day. He would join them, having accomplished great things...

  21. He sighed, shaking the thought away. It was time to stop sulking over it. It had been two months since the incident, and he was a man of Science. Crying over spilt milk won't help his cause, or the cause of anyone around him. So he would continue his work.

  24. Of course, the Cybernetics he incorporated would have to have their bio files conditioned, so they can keep up with the module, when it is active. Speed, strength, reflexes will all potentially double. He tweaked the bios on his Robotic Tools to match this significant change, and to only trigger when the module is active. There could be a slip up in the bio directory, and it could easily just overload a person. But with coding, with Cybernetics. There were so many risks, that it wasn't worth worrying about right yet.

  26. He continued his work, making the chip more compact, recreating it multiple times, until it was small enough to be installed into Organic beings, without harming them in a significant manner. Having it installed likely wouldn't effect them, even if they weren't exactly cybernetic. This was however, his first Cybernetic Module, so he wasn't sure how it would work, or function. And even with a blueprint, and the body of a person whom used it before, the effects could vary significantly.

  28. The best course of action, would be to test it on himself. He pulled his Robotic tools out, and began to tweak the bio files a bit more. He would run a code, that would only trigger when the Module was installed. It would siphon water particles from the air, and redirect them to areas where the module creates most heat. This way, the overheating process would slow down significantly. "Overclocking is a simple idea, but dangerous. Dunno how I never thought of it. But It's unlikely any of my pupils if they decide to change their bodies will be allowed access to this one... Heh.."
