i kinda didnt like the idea of discussing the stuff in the channel with either of you two in there too, but that more just because I didn't want you guys to see how much we (the team and the raid team) may end up hurting due to this departure
i didnt suspect you guys would do anything shifty

but it feels fucking horrible to not at least be respected for what i've given to this guild
i was fully prepared to give 100% to whatever i needed to while i was still here, raiding, making officer decisions, helping you reclear as efficiently and effectively (for when we leave) as possible

initial hurt reacts were to remove all offending parties, but that was really just due to how hurt people were
but if i hadnt removed the ability to see that channel, the others wouldn't have wanted to talk in there, which just makes things even more cumbersome and difficult
which is that last thing we need right now too

it's very weird to have people uncomfortable with me being in the officer channel considering they just assumed everything that was being done
but didn't ask for clarification on a single thing

they trust you a lot more than noot. noot was the one pushing to be more hardcore lately, hell he even tried to float the idea of split runs weeks back. the kind of mentality also tends to go hand in hand in poaching as well. you're a known quantity since we've worked with you a lot longer, Noot not so much

he told me if we killed imonar like a week earlier and we were making decent prog on kingaroth we most likely wouldn't have left
so he was pushing that hard

like tbh, since you never told us how they others decided to join you (if you approached them or vice vera), people were intially afraid of "whom else have they approached but arent telling us about)

i dont know noot that well, but i feel like i've gotten to know you and i never suspected you'd do anything like that
the others are just on ultra-defense mode because we dont want to lose any more players

and to not be in officer chat because there's a potential i'll look at who you're trying to recruit or who you're bringing to fights and try and poach them is downright offensive
we already have more than 20 and to kick you while you're down is the complete opposite of what i want to do
