  7. Como ya sabréis el cadaver político denominado "Ley Sinde" que dejo atrás el PSOE ha sido felizmente retomado por el PP... os avisamos, eran las dos caras de la misma moneda.

  9. Esta ley comenzará a ser implementada a partir de marzo de 2012 y ya tienen pensadas 122 webs a las que meterles mano (http://tinyurl.com/7xfyyrh), es decir, a partir de marzo de 2012 la censura en la red tendrá "barra libre" en España.

Ante esta alarmante situación debemos movilizar a todos los sectores de la sociedad ante los inicios de un estado "orwelliano" en la red, ya que será una comisión la encargada de exigir los cierres de webs desplazando por completo al estado de derecho. Esta movilización deberá ocurrir tanto en la red como en la calle. Todo el mundo puede ayudar de una forma u otra a tumbar la Ley Sinde en España y ACTA en Europa, aquí encontraréis algunas sugerencias pero debéis buscar también vuestros propios métodos de lucha y desobediencia a lo que percibís como una injusticia.

No es de extrañar que tras el frenazo que sufrió SOPA en el Congreso de EE.UU. se haya relanzado de forma vigorosa la ratificación de este tratado. Son muchos los sectores de la sociedad que ven a este tratado como una extensión de SOPA que de hecho extiendo los derechos de propiedad intelectual a áreas como la moda y los medicamentos. A través de este link, podrás contactar con los Euro-diputados de tu país para evitar la ratificación en el Parlamento Europeo y asi tumbar otra legislación restrictiva sobre la red y otros aspectos.

  96. As you already know, the dead corpse known as "Sinde Act" that was left behind by the PSOE (the Socialist Party that ruled Spain before #20N) has been gladly resurrected by the PP, the ones that rule Spain nowadays. We warned you, they are the two faces of the same coin.

  98. This act will take effect from March 2012 on, but they have already some targets in mind. Specifically, 122 web sites (http://tinyurl.com/7xfyyrh) will be prosecuted as soon as they can be formally accused. You see, censorship feels at home in Spain.

  100. Faced with this alarming situation, we must mobilize all sectors of society against this beginning of an Orwellian state in the Web. Ignoring the rule of Law, a commission in charge will decide the closure of web sites. This mobilization must take place in the Internet, but also in the streets. Everyone can help in one way or another to "shut down" the Sinde Act in Spain and ACTA in Europe, here you will find some suggestions but you shall look for your own fighting and disobeying methods against what you perceive to be an injustice.

With this link, you will be able to contact the Euro MPs of your country to avoid the ratification of this treaty in the European Parliament and thus stopping another piece of restrictive legislation over the net and other aspects.
