Game Boy/GBC game recommendations

* Le Nintendo GAME BOY™:

	• Battletoads -- which is to say, the game titled "Battletoads", and not the one titled "Battletoads in Ragnarok's World". The latter is an abridged port of the NES game, and is pretty terrible compared to the NES one.
	• Bionic Commando -- the Game Boy version is, in my opinion, the BEST version of this classic platformer.
	• Bubble Ghost
	• CATRAP
	• Final Fantasy Adventure
	• GAME BOY DONKEY KONG (ESPECIALLY if you get a Super Game Boy. The Super Game Boy makes it look BEAUTIFUL -- plus, the credits music changes from being typical Game Boy bleep-bloop music to fully-instrumentalized Super NES music when played on a Super Game Boy! :D)
	• Game Genie! This is optional, though. Make sure it comes with the tiny code book when you buy it!
	• Gargoyle's Quest
	• Kirby's Dream Land
	• Kirby's Dream Land 2 (ESPECIALLY if you get a Super Game Boy. It looks fantastic, and there are extra sound effects that you only get via the Super Game Boy, because they're played exclusively through the Super NES.)
	• Kirby's Pinball Land
	• Megalit
	• METROID II: Return of Samus. It is quite possibly my favorite 2-D METROID game.
	• Mr. Chin's Gourmet Paradise
	• Sneaky Snakes (which is actually a 2-player game, so I'd recommend getting TWO copies!)
	• Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins
	• Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land
	• The one and only TETRIS™!

	If/when you get a Super NES: invest in a Super Game Boy! And then get THESE games:

		• Battle Arena Toshinden
		    This is a weapons-based fighting game, and one of the few Game Boy games that utilizes the Player 2 controller on the Super NES. Basically, this means you can buy ONE copy of the game, and still have two people play! (Traditionally, with the Game Boy and Game Boy Color, each player must have a separate copy of the game.)

		• Pokémon: Blue Version and/or Pokémon: Red Version
		    These games (Red and Blue in particular) look infinitely better when played on a Super Game Boy instead of a Game Boy Color/Game Boy Advance; the Super Game Boy gives all three games their own special border, AND makes Red and Blue all fancy and colorful like Pokémon Yellow.

		• SPACE INVADERS (Gray-cartridge version, NOT the black-cartridge version)
		    When played on the Super Game Boy, this can actually load a (somewhat-smaller) version of the Super NES Space Invaders game! The black-cartridge one (which is actually a Game Boy Color game), however, won't.

* Le Nintendo GAME BOY™ COLOR® (specifically, games that are backward-compatible with the Game Boy):

	• Dragon Warrior I&II
	• Dragon Warrior Monsters
	• Dragon Warrior Monsters II: Kobi's Journey
	• Dragon Warrior Monsters II: Tara's Adventure
	• Pokémon: Special Pikachu Edition/Yellow Version/whatever the heck it's officially called, and/or Pokémon Gold Version and/or Pokémon Silver Version! Each game is also enhanced in Pokémon Yellow fashion when played on the Super Game Boy.
	• The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX (It's Game Boy-compatible, AND has the special Color Dungeon (among other extras). So if/when you ever get him a Game Boy Color, it'll be even better!)
	• Wario Land II
