Background: Bo-Bae was born in Anyang to her parents and her older sister. Her sister, Bo-A, was about a year and a half older than Bo-Bae but those two are closer than normal siblings. Their life was great until there was an explosion at her father's work, which resulted in some second and third degree burns on his chest, arms and face. Her father was badly damaged, but she loved him no matter what. This caused a lot of bullying because her father was a bit disfigured and many people called her father a monster, a cripple, and many other things. This caused her to be really irrational with situations and to get easily angered. She got in trouble once for punching another student, so her parents brought her to a therapist that would help her control her anger issues. Until she met her boyfriend, Amari Daishin, who helped her calm down a lot and she felt better until he broke up with her for another woman.
