Profession:  What job, if any, did you have before being kidnapped?
Talent: Nobody is useless here.  What is it that makes you a valuable asset?
Handicap: That said, nobody's perfect.  This could be a literal handcap, like blindness, or paralysis, or it could be something as ordinary as being overly suspicious or slow to react.
Your talent should probably be balanced by the handicap somewhat.
Item: You have one item on you to start.  Probably related to what you do or who you are.
Biography: Of course, what was your character like before getting kidnapped?
