  1. You are Klein, a knight living in the kingdom of Larion. You have a steel longsword
  2. and a wooden shield. You are on a quest to defeat the evil dragon of Larion.
  3. You've heard he lives up at the north of the kingdom. You set on the path to
  4. defeat him and walk into a dark forest. As you enter the forest you see a large
  5. black dragon flying through the sky. He looks down upon you as you approach
  6. > loosen up with some stretches before the battle
  7.
  8. You relax your stance and take a few stretches before entering the fray. The
  9. dragon is angry, but not for any reason you can tell. It's just that he's been
  10. waiting out his meals and now he's ready to eat again
  11. > apply poison to my sword
  12.
  13. You put a drop of poison onto your blade and begin to swing it around. The dragon
  14. roars and flies back, but you don't even feel a thing. You continue to attack
  15. the dragon until it falls off its perch and lands dead
  16. > order my squire to extract the dragon's heart and prepare a bath of blood for me
  17.
  18. You order your squire to grab the dragon's heart and bring it to you. He does
  19. so and you bathe in the blood. You then go into the bathtub and lie down on
  20. the floor. You're feeling better already
  21. > test that the dragon's blood has made me invulnerable
  22.
  23. You stand up and charge forward. You feel like you could kill a man with one
  24. strike, but you stop yourself from doing so. You instead use the force of your
  25. momentum to knock over the table holding the dragon's heart. You immediately
  26. feel the pain as the dragon's heart is crushed inside
  27. > save the heart
  28.
  29. You quickly rush back to the throne room where you find that the king is nowhere
  30. to be found. You look around and see that the castle is in ruins. You run back
  31. to the throne room and find that the king is dead
  32. > think about who killed the king
  33.
  34. You think about what happened and you realize that it was the queen who did it.
  35. She had been plotting against her husband for years and finally got him killed
  36. when she caught him cheating on her with another woman. She then took power
  37. herself and ruled the country with an iron fist
  38. > honorably execute the queen and crown yourself king
  39.
  40. You decide that the best way to keep this country safe is to make sure no other
  41. woman tries anything like this ever again. You swear to protect the people and
  42. punish anyone who would try to harm them
  43. > continue to rule the kingdom
  44.
  45. The next year you start to get more serious about ruling the land. You send out
  46. armies to conquer neighboring countries and increase the size of your army.
  47. Your soldiers are happy to serve under you and they all want to stay loyal to
  48. you.
  49. > organize propaganda parades
  50.
  51. Your troops march through the streets singing patriotic songs and telling tall
  52. tales about their glorious pasts. They also sing praises of you and how great
  53. you are. This causes many peasants to support you and you become very popular
  54. among the common folk.
  55. > realize that bathing in dragon's blood has made me immortal and unaging
  56.
  57. As time goes by, you discover that you've gained immortality and that you're
  58. actually quite young. You know that you were born during the last days of the
  59. Empire, but you don't remember much about it. You do however remember the dragons
  60. and they seem to be talking to you
  61. > ignore the dragons and continue ruling your expanding empire
  62.
  63. You continue to expand your territory and eventually you manage to unite most
  64. of the barbarian tribes under your banner. You then lead your forces to conquer
  65. the entire continent of Barbaros
  66. > invest in infrastructure projects
  67.
  68. You spend a lot of money building new fortifications and improving existing ones.
  69. You also build a massive wall around your capital city to prevent future attacks.
  70. You also start to focus on the development of industry and agriculture. You
  71. create a huge factory to produce weapons and armor for your troops
  72. > fund the development of an early semi-automatic cartridge rifle
  73.
  74. You decide that you need to improve upon your current weapon. You order your
  75. engineers to work on creating a gun that fires a bullet that explodes in mid
  76. air after being fired. You believe that this will allow you to fight more effectively
  77. against enemies who are using ranged weapons
  78. > construct a factory to produce the new rifle
  79.
  80. You hire skilled workers to work on the project and you soon have a working prototype.
  81. Soon you begin mass producing the rifles. You also begin to research ways to
  82. improve the rifle further. Eventually you develop a device that allows the bullets
  83. to explode in mid air after being shot
  84. > mass produce the rifles and raise a vast army
  85.
  86. You mass produce the rifles and begin raising an enormous army. You begin to
  87. recruit mercenaries to help you in your conquest of the world. Many of these
  88. mercenaries join you willingly, while others refuse and rebel. You eventually
  89. defeat them all and become the greatest warrior of all time
  90. > order my alchemists to develop a light breach-loading horse towed artillery piece
  91.
  92. You order your alchemists to work on developing a lighter version of the siege
  93. tower known as a "lever". You believe that this will allow you to easily crush
  94. any enemy who dares oppose you. You also begin researching ways to improve the
  95. lever further
  96. > design a steel cannon
  97.
  98. You order your engineers to work on designing a heavy cannon which can fire multiple
  99. shells at once. You believe that this will enable you to destroy any enemy who
  100. dares oppose you
  101. > organize an immense campaign to invade and conquer the adjacent continent
  102.
  103. You begin organizing an invasion of the nearby continent. You capture several
  104. cities and castles along the way. You capture several kingdoms and establish
  105. control over them. You also begin recruiting mercenaries to aid you in your
  106. conquests. Many of these mercenaries join you willingly, while others refuse
  107. and rebel
  108. > crush the rebels and continue to tighten control on the continent
  109.
  110. > You conquer the continents.
  111. > You the whole world.
