  21. I've played several servers but either they were russian, or lithuanian with a very low playerbase, etc, but they were in terms a type of 'roleplay' as well, just nowhere near the mta:rp level. i can't recall their names :p.

  29. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]What makes you feel qualified to be an admin vs. everyone else here at MTA Roleplay? (Long Answer)[/COLOR][/B] At this point of time i just feel ready, you know, usually people don't overthink this kind of stuff, but back in the day in 2014 i saw becoming part of the MTA:RP Administration staff team as a goal that required work, reading over the rules several times to memorise them, something not easily achieved but, if worked hard towards, could end up being an amazing experience, i think i'm qualified to be admin more than everyone else simply because i'm willing to contribute with everything that i know towards the server, and the idea of being able to control an enviroment such as MTA:RP and keep it, so to say stable[?] for people, that come home from school, work, whatever it is, and hop onto the server to just relax, that for me is a great oppurtunity, for some it's 'just a game' but for others it's getting to meet lifelong friends, with different types of abillities, hobbies, that could stick [ not the admin] for life. and being around here made me understand the importance of that aspect for MTA:RP.

This might sound kind of silly and isn't one of those 'big' goals, it's simply having a set number of reports to accomplish a day, and sticking to that number until i completely learn the ropes of the Administration ways here at MTA:RP, aswell as me liking the kind of competitive aspect, there's a number for how many reports you complete, i love that, i want to be the very best, that's really all there is to it, but of-course a long term goal? would be to Learn as much as i can, Scripting, Managing, HTML, PHP, Whatever i get to seeing being applied in the Staff team of MTA:RP i want to be able to do atleast a little piece of that, i want to be a Jack of all trades, type of thing, just being great at one thing doesn't do it in my book. :D

  36. At the very moment Graphics design is the only thing i can say i " posses somewhat skill" in. I can get around most things pretty easily since i'm willing to learn, i know how FTP's work, i know how to get around HTML < a little bit.

  40. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server (minmium of 300 words).[/COLOR][/B] Let's say there is a complete newbie who has just joined the server, likes what the server is trying to accomplish, and is trying to find his way around, but happens to stumble upon some 'Experts on roleplay' who decide to have a little fun, and play around with the newbie, instead of, you know, offering him/her a helping hand. in a situation like this in my opinion, the one[s] that are making the whole experience bad for this newbie, should be fully taking the blame/punishment due to them knowing how the server works, and instead of, helping them out, pointing them to the right direction, they choose to abuse his lack of kn***edge to have a little fun. If i would happend to find out about this in one way or another, such as cruising down the street, in my 64. I Would firstly analyze the whole situation, how did it begin, etc etc, and then take action on those 'abusing the noobie's lack of kn***edge' and then taking the fact that the newcomer has no clue how the server works and pointing him towards the right direction, explaining the general rules, common sense, and the basis of what this server works around in, all in all i'd be giving him a simplified roleplay school, that still includes all the rules in detail, simply put, i would do my very best to get this newcomer to stay, and show him that the whole aspect of MTA:RP is very entertaining once you've gotten the ropes. I'm completely positive i would be willing to put good effort into a situation like that, and if the newcomer ends up being as much willing as i am, in the end we would outcome with another Full fledged MTA:RP Addict for this amazing community, Ta-da~.

Not giving someone a chance to react towards your roleplay, Forcing your actions towards someone without giving them the abillity to change the outcome of them. e.g /Me stabs fake Luka in the leg. /do are you ded yet?

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2.[/COLOR][/B] Metagaming : Merging IC and OOC Information. e:g You get put in the back of a police car, so you sneaky sneaky skype your mate who owns a Monster truck and ask him to get online intercept the police car you're in because you don't want to end up in jail for speeding 360 over the speed limit.
  48. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3.[/COLOR][/B] Revenge killing, Killing somebody who has just killed you because it pissed you off, not retaining the act of memory loss around you being killed. i.e Telling your mates the name of the persona that killed you, so that they can kill them back[?] etc.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] I Would analyze the situation and determine the roleplay and kn***edge of the one[s] breaking the rule, determine whether the situation was more ' innocent ' than ' purposely done ' and set out punishment according to that, which could range from RP school, A Warning, Re-RP with me watching, etc.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Depending on how severe the seconds offence was, and taking in-mind the fact that it has already been broken once i would put out punishment according to that this could include 2nd RP school [ a more direct way of trying to get a point across, i guess? ], Warning, or a Jail, etc.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Having commited the act of breaking the same rule 3 times the punishment would include less of 'this could have been accidental, or analyzing the innocense of it' so the punishment would be more severe than the above, depending on how well the one breaking the rules realises what he has done.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Simply try and analyze how 'major' or 'minor' the Offense was, and determine the outcoming punishment, as with Metagaming ' Roleplay School ' doesn't come in with as much impact as the general idea and common sense of the servers rules are, the punishment would have to be naturally more severe in my opinion due to this being a larger issue, and the rule itself is able to be abused in many ways without the administration team finding out, therefore if the rule is broken by someone, i would have to assume that the possibility of it being broken again in the future by the one breaking it is much higher.
  56. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] As with the above statement, everything would be taken in mind, and a more severe punishment would be given out.
  57. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Final form of punishment would be something even more severe to fully get the one breaking the rule to understand that what he/she is doing wrong, and that it's not allowed here on the server.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] As with the above actions taken towards rule breaking, everything i'm able to analyze, or get onto would be taken into account and judged by myself, or more experienced admins if there are any at-hand, if there happens to be a situation i don't know how to conclude, i would most definetly ask help from fellow admins, as they probably have been in a situation like this in the past, and would conclude whether the punishment i was to' give out is fair, etc.
  60. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Player would be reminded of their first offense, and given out punishment according to the situation, being their second offense, that would be set around for deciding how the situation should be dealt with.

I have never been a member of staff here at MTA:RP so everything i say is just my own opinion, and what i've learned throughout playing here at MTA:RP and seeing situations like this at hand, the first thing i would do being a newcomer is try to learn as much about how the higher, and much more experienced admins on the team handle the situations, and make sure i don't take any inconsiderate decisions.

  79. During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

Staff ackn***edges that, in the course of employment by MTA Roleplay, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer MTA Roleplay to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No representation or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by all the parties.
