Sub by ability and Please check positions before every match, corner takers should be on the non medal DMF.
Sub 2 most tired defenders at 65, then sub the non medal and bronze midfielder at 70, then check the position of the sub medal midfielder and adjust accordingly,
If Down by 2 or more at 60, go +1 untill even ,if no change, go +2 at 70 untill  leading
