As the Supreme Court Judge, I think that it protects our right s as free americans our god given rights.  We should change the Constitution if at all to be more adjusted to our new technology.  The constitution gives the Supreme Court independence by giving it the ability of free speech so they can make their own decisions.  So they would not have a clouded judgement if other branches of the government would interfer.  This also creates an even system of checks and balances for all branches of the government.
