2 - In Japanese, it is called "Urashima effect" after the folk tale "Urashima Tarō". Urashima Taro is the name of the protagonist of a Japanese legend about a fisherman who saves a turtle and is rewarded with a visit to the Palace of the Dragon God, at the bottom of the sea. He stays there for three days, and when he returns to his village he learns that 300 years have passed. This tale is considered the oldest example of a story about time travel.
