| background: born with an iq of 151 to elderly parents with a fourth-grade level education, you could say haebin was a bit of an enigma. she exceled in school and skipped several grades until they finally had to move to a larger city because masan teachers had nothing left to teach her. haebin was twelve. only two years after their move, her parents passed away due to natural reasons and haebin was sent to stay with her aunt. her aunt - who was a lot younger and never had a child before - did not treat her badly per se, but was very strict on her. she constantly forced her to study and never let her go out with friends. she signed her up for all sorts of lessons (musical instruments, foreign languages, sports) and boasted to her friends when she did well in them. she treated haebin like some kind of valuable prize that was to be shown off. she also makes her address her as "madame" instead of "aunt." due to her aunt's constant scrutiny and iron grip on her nonexistent social life, haebin developed panic disorder due to anxiety and stress at the age of fourteen. desperate to be able to have fun with the few friends she had left, she quickly figured out a way to hack into her aunt's security cameras, that had been intricately strung throughout the house to keep her from sneaking out, so she could do exactly what her aunt forbade her to do: sneak out. eventually, she does it so much that it becomes second nature to her and she even manages to snag a job at a local gas station. working night shifts plus the pressure her aunt puts on her everyday, haebin's health slowly begins to detiorate until she faints during one of her violin concerts - forcing her to deal with her aunt's wrath. unable to take it anymore, she emancipates herself from her aunt and uses every last penny from her job to rent herself a small apartment. she graduated from college at the age of twenty, majoring in computer systems technology.

| personality: haebin is an optimist. after all, she kind of had to be due to her background. always able to find the good in ANY situation, she is the group's hacker and moral support. she makes sure everyone's spirits are always high and hates it when the atmosphere is tense. she has a habit of talking to herself due to the fact that she's always alone. she also curses like a sailor, often stringing together words to form some rather creative phrases. she has a rather short temper and will constantly threaten you with some kind of violence. despite this, she's actually very weak physically and doesn't know the first thing about hand-to-hand combat. she is quite fragile, no matter how many times she says she isn't. the other girls also claim she is quite bipolar, switching from bubbly and cheerful to the queen of sass, ready to roast you at any moment. her favorite past time is pulling up embarrassing pictures of the other girls and taunting them about it. even though she hasn't been in contact with her aunt in a very long time, haebin still frequently has panic attacks - especially under pressure. the other girls don't know about it due to the fact that she usually has them when she's alone. she has medicine for it, but refuses to take it unless it's extremely serious. due to her optimism, she is quite stubborn too - to the point of annoyance for others. she's the type to keep going at something no matter how long it takes. due to the fact that she's always cooped up in a room on her computer(s), haebin is terrible at taking care of herself and rarely ever goes outside, always getting the other girls to run her errands for her. she looks and acts like a homeless person as well. she is usually swaddled with blankets and has on a big coat since she keeps her room extremely cold. her hair is almost never brushed (despite it being long) and her work station is littered with trash. her immune system is terrible and she's constantly coughing, which the girls hate because they have to hear it through their earpiece 24/7.

| how did they join r.o.y.a.l.s: haebin was actually scouted by areum. because of her extensive knowledge and knack with technology and the fact that her iq is a whopping 151, areum thought that haebin would make a good central headquarters. the pentagon to her military.

| why did they join: tbh areum was bored. areum was lowkey super shady and dangerous-looking, but she wanted some danger in her lackluster life. probably not the brightest moment in her career, but it worked out in the end.

| first impression:
	+ HAEBIN - she thought he was very handsome. like a little TOO handsome. it kind of put her off because no one could be that beautiful, let's be honest here. she also noticed that he was dressed very cleanly, which immediately made her feel self-conscious.

	+ JUNMYEON - he actually thought someone let a hobo in. with her ratty hair and holey clothes that were at least eight sizes too big, she would've been the last person he imagined when thinking of a brilliant hacker. she was cute though.

	+ BEG - at first, she was wary of him. he seemed so uptight and serious that she wasn't sure she could get along with him. she would talk very formally to him and it was just super awkward. he rarely ever smiled, or showed any emotion in general, when he was around her. however, she noticed that he was actually quite laidback and even cracked jokes when he was with his friends. she lowkey got slightly jealous, and tried to be friendlier toward him.

	+ MID - once they become friends, she realizes that it's just his (hot) face that makes him look like he's constantly got a stick up his ass and that he's actually a giant ass dork. she finds his lame jokes so terrible that they become funny. if she's having a bad day, one of his dad jokes can cheer her right up. he is one of, if not the only person, the people that can calm down one of her anxiety attacks. she trusts him with her life and never hesitates for confide in him. deep down, she knows her feelings are slowly starting to emerge but she's in severe denial.

	+ END - as her feelings for him grow, she debates on whether or not if she wants to tell him about her aunt. she's hidden it from almost everyone and is hesitating to tell him in fear that he'll be freaked out. (which is actually absurd but girls in love don't make sense). she distances himself from him as she tries to make her decision, but it doesn't take long before she comes back to her senses and tells him.

| how they act around your character:
	+ BEG - he noticed that haebin seemed kind of scared of him. he tried his best to get her to relax, but his attempts all seemed to backfire. he quickly picked up on the fact that she always walked around with a cup of sparkling apple cider (after asking around as to what the hell did she drink so religiously) and the fact that she had panic disorder. he usually wasn't nearly as observant as he was when he was near haebin. for some reason, he just paid attention to her a lot. in the least creepiest way.

	+ MID - once they befriend each other, junmyeon doesn't hold back with the dad jokes. especially after finding out that they help her significantly in dealing with her anxiety. he's very patient with her during her mood swings and even managed to help tone down her cursing. he always has sparkling apple cider and cotton candy ready at all times for her. there's rarely a time where he says no to her, unless it's cooking because this man cannot cook for shit. even though he believes haebin should tell everyone about her mental state, she doesn't want to so he helps keep her secret and also assists her in hiding it.

	+ END - since he's extra observant to her, he notices that she is lowkey avoiding him and some of the awkwardness from when they first met is creeping back. he doesn't pry, since he knows she doesn't like being pressured, but he can't help but be upset. this causes the rift between them to grow even further. even though they stop speaking for a while, he still watches over her from afar since he still worries about her. when he finally finds out the reason why she was avoiding him, he doesn't know whether to be relieved or offended.
