  3. Applying for server manager. I wanna become a server manager on the network for many reasons. I have owned a majority of servers I have learned to do some minor coding but I can script very well, One of the biggest jobs I've had on networks I've worked with (i.e. MXRCraft and XenoPvp) is the management of staff. I've become quite known in the on this server. I've done things ranging from providing legal assistance & advice with Non-Disclosure Agreements and other major Administrative Agreements to the writing of comprehensive and in depth Staff Applications, Interview Formats, and strenuous staff expectations and strict rules to keep staff members in-line. I can also maintain the dedicated server via putty or filezilla. I have started to learn how to system admin. I wanna keep the server in check and lag free as possible. Running the staff teams is one of my specialties. I can spend hours just reading staff applications and planning out staff meetings. I also can manage the server in game and keep logs on all the staff to make sure there not being toxic or anything.
  4. Recruiting Staff can take hours. Reading over applications accept or denying. Making time for meetings or interviews. Also managing the donation issues. And server issues. I am willing to invest at least 12 – 15 hours a day. I will be always available just pm me on discord or in skype. We would be doing Sub Staff Teams. Like Ban Team, Support Team and Trainee Team. Each team would have a admin in charge. As long as me moderating them. I would spend a lot of my time efficient. As a manager my role is to be the face of the server. Creating the rules. Dealing with issues. Managing the staff team and keeping the server lag free.

  8. I wanted to record a Manager Series. I would blur out anything personal and just record daily. I had a issue back in the day on para. When I was reading staff applications and forwarding them to a senior admin. I forgot to cut out someones skype and I got demoted/blacklisted. Now i am more mature and I take time and edit my videos. I enjoy being a staff member and it's one of my favorite things to do.

  10. I wanna become more mature and less toxic. I used to be the kid to tell you to kill yourself and play screamers in teamspeak. Ive matured as a person. If I was to become manager I would handle scenarios very mature and professional. Say a player comes in teamspeak and needs help with a rank. If I had access to buycraft I would check his ign and if he had a rank I would give it to him in game. If he I didn’t find any purchases I would tell him I would contact the owner and get it fixed. And move him to lobby afk. If a player or staff member and joins my channel and is like "nigger shut the fuck up" I would move the player out talk to them and ban them from teamspeak and tempmute them ingame. If it was a staff member I would take away his rank and demote him. If I caught a staff member cheating I would blacklist them off the teamspeak and minecraft. If a player came in ts with proof a player is ddosing them. I would pull the player in teamspeak and ss them for a booter and then show them the proof "Limited Blurred Personal info". My goal is to keep the chat and discord clean from rule breakers. I hope you enjoyed so far :).

  26. I am working on becoming less toxic in this community. I will become very active in game on discord on the forums. I can do support tickets or whatever system we decide. I can communicate in the staff teams. I will keep contact with the Platform Team (Owners, System Admins and Devs and Network Admins,)

  28. I have owned and manage many servers. When I manage the staff team I would look for people that have good characteristics. If someone seems odd or fishy to me I would do a screenshare to see if they cheat or have a booter. Admins can screen share staff under them at anytime if they think they are cheating.
