In addition, the vehicle medabots (Landmotor, Femjet, and Aquamar) and Gillgirl's Devil medabot, Stonemirror, will be refered to by their names. Every other medabot will be refered to as their default medal name, regardless of the tinpet's gender.

- 9-Once a spare Two-Legged part + Kinta Leg + enough filler parts have been obtained, head to Ikki's class, talk to the boy at the north of the class and fight him, if he hasn't been fought before. Repeat the same strat from the random boy fight.
- -Talk to Erika, head outside for Screws' cutscene
- -Head home to obtain the penlight and a Male Tinpet
- 11-Head to the Mart, sell parts until credits reach 4700 yen, buy Noctobat's LEFT ARM (SONIC MISSILE) and TWO LEGS (high Remoteness value + Propulsion + compatibility bonus) + Jorat's HEAD + RIGHT ARM
- -Head to Nae's lab to obtain the BAT MEDAL (top row, first medal from left to right)
- -Equip FULL-MOUSED + FLEXSWORD + SONIC MISSILE + GRAVE + BAT MEDAL to the 2nd Bot
- -Return to school and fight the SALARY MAN, 1st room to the left, on the ground floor

- -Grave is faster in this field for Metabee + gives him a chance to dodge Anti-Sea, before using Chain Gun

- -Chain Gun + Flex Sword for the remainder of the fight

- 3-Head to the south of the area and SAVE THE GAME

- -Enter the southern area and fight the Rubberobo

- -Pick up the big box
- -Head upstream, talk to the sea medabot at the sign post, and head back downstream (Select No, then Yes when talking to him)
- -Return to Kannie's house, talk to the flying medabot, pick up the small box, and return back upstream
- -Head to Karin, equip TYRANOLASER + SPARE GRAVE + TORTOISE MEDAL to Metabee (refered to as TORTOISE), BRASS' PARTS + KABUTO MEDAL to the female medabot (named BRASS), SAVE THE GAME and fight her
- KARIN 1
- -Brass, Tortoise, Bat lineup
- -Tortoise targets DEFEND, allowing Tortoise to lock on Neutranurse
- -Head parts for Brass and Tortoise + Flexsword. Brass has a chance to dodge Sailormate's rifle
- -If Neutranurse survives FlexSword, use another Tyranolaser to finish her off (or Short Shot if aiming for Neutranurse)
- -Recommended part: HOLY HELM
- 5-Head to the sign post and head to Odoro Marsh

If Fireflash's left arm was obtained and no Arm Flash was gotten, equip SUBMACHINGUN to Bat, SAVE THE GAME, and talk to Sloan (if left arm ARM FLASH was obtained, equip it to BAT)
- SLOAN 2
- -Brass, Bat, Jellyfish lineup
- -Anti-Sea + Scout + MF Charge
- -If Short Shot is aiming for Totalizer use it (else Anti-Sea until Fireflash is beaten) + Flex Sword + Tyranolaser (if available and aiming for Totalizer)
- -Repeat actions until the fight is over. If FlexSword is destroyed, use Submachingun instead
- 3-Equip BAT with PSYCHO-MISSILE, HEAVYWEIGHTER and BATTLE RIFLE

- -Head home, talk to parents, head to Erika and talk to her and her mom, return to your home and speak to your parents
- 2-Head left to the Harbor to get to Medabots Island
- -Talk to Erika, head inside the restaurant to the left, exit and head to the surprise site

- 1-With Mega-Emperor destroyed, Dr. Armond sets out the HQ's Self-Destruct sequence
- -Talk to Kirara, then leave the laboratory through the bottom Conveyor Belt
- 2-After Seaslug dialogue sequence, head back to the Floor Maze
- -FLOOR MAZE 7: Press in order: LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, UP, LEFT, DOWN. Ikki goes up the stairs if inputs are correct
- 3-Head to Screw's room and talk to them, They'll leave
- -Leave the area, head north, then head upstairs (the one at the end of a small corridor)
- 4-Select Corps' captain can be found at the end, just before the staircases that lead back to Witch's Castle. He'll seize you out of the Robo HQ
- -Dark Master dialogue, then head out of Witch's Caslte
- 5-Erika and Karin show up, followed by a long text-box sequence. The Self-Destruct fails
- -Armond shows up, arrested, followed by Nae and Aki. Another text-box sequence
- 6-Once regained control of Ikki, menu, assemble Car Bot back
- -As you try exitting Witch's Castle grounds, Phantom Lady shows up with Researcher. Another text-box sequence
- 7-As Ikki is at Medabot's Island main area, Mini S.Wheel to the harbor
- -Dialogue sequence with Ikki, Erika, Koji, Karin and the Select Corps. Tokuri and the officers expel the Captain from the organization
- 8-As dialogue between Tokuri and the protagonists end, Ikki leaves Medabot Island
- -Watch the regular ending. Medabots Metabee Version (JP) is complete.
