fixed up his posture and took a deep breath of air to relax, he needed to focus more on the actual size of the fire-ball, the shape that it came out last time was way too small, too compressed  and would never pack such a punch as to be able to spring out a large amount of fire needles, that was the boy's goal after all . Not you regular throw and recieve kind of fire jutsu, more like a two steps ahead kind of technique.

He performed the five seals once more, horse rat dog boar and tiger as he closed his eyes ,before focusing the same amount of chakra in his gut, he'd mold it and mold it but this time a different way than the last, he needed to increase the volume and not compress it as much , several moments passed before he widely opened his eyes and inhaled a nice amount of air. The katon chakra traveled upwards into his chest as it expanded , he'd once again lean forward and de-evolve the full tiger seal to a half-one. A slightly larger fire-ball would be sent flying straight out of his mouth, the boy squinted his eyes and the blazing embers that it left behind , looks like the fire-power was there aswell as the distance with the size growing in size just a tad bit, more was required for him to be able to proceed to the next step.

He'd hunch forward and rest both of his hands on his knees as he struggled for a bit of air, it was true that when developing a new technique a lot more energy was to be used up when simply executing a perfected one. Sweat dripped from his forehead as he pondered on and on, the boy gritted his teeth in let out a cocky smirk there was no way he was going to give up now, after all he was the man destined to be callled the Blazing Blade of Konohagakure! His eyes shined brightly as he raised his head and got his body into gears , a fist would be clenched as he gazed into the distance, imagining what it would feel like to be one of the very best flame-wielders of this shinobi world. His path was going to be a hard one but he would not give up!
