Ragman Backup

[Ragman](https://imgur.com/a/HF7lX1Y), formerly tomb robber Rory Regan, is the wielder of the Suit of Souls.  Created in Hell, the Suit grants Rory the ability to consume the souls of the guilty and expend them to enhance his physicals, create cloth constructs or perform magic.  While powerful, the suit can also be a burden for Rory; a reunion with deceased friends might mean he has to use their souls to fight off demons or other villains.  Still, Rory will do what he must to fight crime alongside names like Batwoman or the Justice League Dark.
