- Description: Michael, a father of two, was in a Pittsburgh, PA parking garage, when Armstrong put a gun to his neck and demanded his wallet. Once Michael handed over his wallet, Armstrong shot him twice, leaving him a quadriplegic. Michael’s wallet had $15. Michael died from his injuries 15 years later on November 27, 2018.
