  4. [19:02:06] <Nia> It's the next morning... the beds in the Cerulean Gym are waay better than the ones back in Pewter City. ... that, or you just got lucky with one of the better rooms. It's... a new day, CC's got a date... eventually, and there's plenty of time to get things done!
  5. [19:03:07] <CCAlderman`> Cc has ABSOLUTELY bragged the hell to everyone about the date, by the way. Almost insufferably.

[19:04:06] <CCAlderman`> Anyways, I'm the first one up in the morning, stretching out, getting my stuff ready, typing out a quick report about how we haven't gotten out any good footage and sending it off... lots of basic maintenence chores, and occasionally poking people in the shoulder until they wake up.
  7. [19:06:32] <Kingfisher> Kingfisher eventually arises from such a poke but...it doesn't seem entirely like she's actually awake. Her eyes flutter open and shut as she leans against...anything that can be leaned on. "Mrniglredy?"

  9. [19:09:44] <CCAlderman`> I poke her again, this time with a left over fork in my bag :T

  13. [19:14:16] <CCAlderman`> "Yeeeeah, probably." I sigh, turning to Leslie, twirling thr fork in my hand... and then promptly poke Leslie, too. There. Take that, sleepy asshole.
  14. [19:16:02] <Kingfisher> "Oh that's...not what I meant...but I guess to keep everything perfectly fair..." She rummages in her own things and pulls out a pen to prod CC with.

  18. [19:18:12] <CCAlderman`> I stand up, collecting my things, setti ng my bag up, and keeping the hammer for easy removam. "Soooo, what's the game plan? Who all do we still need to hit up?"

  23. [19:22:16] <CCAlderman`> " I filled her in on our adventures, confirmed we can probably trust Silph Co, and also, asked Alicia on a date and got it." That Last part I say calmly, simply... and them break into a grin.

  25. [19:24:18] <Leslie_Jaeger> "Congrats, she's cute."
  26. [19:24:22] * Leslie_Jaeger rubs her eyes.
  27. [19:24:35] <CCAlderman`> "But yeah, we can probably trust the poke ball company."
  28. [19:25:32] <Leslie_Jaeger> "Good to know! So where do y'all want to try and go? We could explore the nearby routes, catch some pokemon, hit up local trainers or the gym..."

  30. [19:26:14] <Kingfisher> "Ideally. And maybe finding fossils in old areas of the riverbed, but flappy things and punchy things first!"
  31. [19:27:23] <CCAlderman`> "Yeah. I need some more fighting types, you know?" Plus... there's this weird feeling I keep feeling out on the trails. Not a wooooo feeling, but kind of what I felt like while working on my bike. It's a good feeling.

  51. [19:38:52] <Leslie_Jaeger> "Probably the quickest way to get paid around here is to get a stipend from beating the gym leaders, probably." She seems more inclined to just getting out and doing fighty things.

  62. [19:47:46] <Nia> "An infection of unknown nature has escaped attempted containment by the Pokemon League. Zygarde cells normally hide from sight -- any moving out in the open or acting aggressively are likely infected by this agent."
  63. [19:47:46] <Nia> "Destroy any such Zygarde cells on sight. Smaller clusters and individual cells are Dragon type, and larger clusters gain a Ground type in addition. Fairy, Dragon, and particularly Ice will always be effective."
  64. [19:47:46] <Nia> "If you are unable to successfully defeat such a foe, flee and do not attempt to catch it. Do not attempt to catch any such cells."

  73. [19:52:06] <CCAlderman`> A gen blob pokemon... what? Infected... Zygarde cells, and they're all clustered up and fucked up, and they want me to kill them? Ooo...kay." I shrug my shoulders and nod, looking up to vince, who nods too. " I hope there's a bounty involved."
  74. [19:55:34] <Kingfisher> "And HOOOOOOPEFULLY I'll have more than just that one fossil by then!" She points towards the river with excitement. "Let's see...if we walk along a bit inland from the river, we should be in general fossil territory, and if we can get to a more rugged, rocky, cliffy parts, I'd think flappy things and punchy things would be around."

  78. [19:57:31] <Leslie_Jaeger> "I seem to remember something about Zygarde being an ecosystem guardian that tries to safeguard the world. Shit must be pretty bad if something's been infecting its cells."
  79. [19:58:08] <Leslie_Jaeger> "And it seems to only be cells? Dunno what happened to the actual thing."
  80. [19:58:23] <Kingfisher> "Well, if we run into any green things, we'll deal with it then. In the meantime, we suck to bad to be of much use if we do run into it!"
