Attacker(s): Jay Thomas Miller

Description: Tina and Krissy, both developmentally disabled, were found stabbed to death. Miller, a convicted sex offender, is the prime suspect and knew Tina. He pleaded no contest to lying and assault, and is currently institutionalized.
