GTA: San Andreas True 100%+

The player must complete/reach/obtain the max-level of all objectives acknowledged by the game (By giving permanent rewards or presence in the menu stats screen). If objectives have no max-level complete until it becomes redundant (As in no more rewards, minus more money). No glitches changing the on-mission flag are allowed. Timing begins when gaining control of CJ and ends when pausing the game showing the King of San Andreas criminal ranking after the completion of all below objectives.

FAQ

Q: Why only >50% Dating Helena, >80% Total Respect etc. and not 100%?
A: Those percentages give the highest reward/title, any more is redundant.

Q: Why isn't muscle, fat and sex appeal included?
A: For muscle and fat their is no optimal level and sex appeal is too variable to matter.

Q: Why don't we need to buy all haircuts, tattoos, car modifications etc.?
A: Those aren't permanent rewards and the game does not acknowledge them outside of the budget.

Q: Some stat menu items are not listed.
A: Unlisted items are completed from the completion of other activities.
