Warns on the server and their reasons: Currently, have 2 warns the first for RDM, it was completely my fault. The second is for Terror without Advert, my fault for not checking binds after my GMOD crashed.

Why do you want to be staff on X-Ray Gaming? (Minimum 1500 characters, to check please use -https://wordcounter.net/):I'd like to be a staff member because i've been here since the creation of XRG, and although I broke some rules myself I want to help out the Staff team in any way I can, though I am unfamiliar with the report system, I'll always try to make the server better by helping out players in distress and most importantly not abuse my powers as a Staff member.
Another reason why I chose to try and become a Staff member is the amount of rule breakers when most staff members are offline/not available, for example, This morning there were a bunch of mass-rdmers, that most likely will return tomorrow at the same hour knowing that admins won't be online,I'm not saying that Staff members don't do their job, since all admins on this server were friendly to me and always did their job.
Another reason is that I'm tired of being RDM'ed and RDA'ed, I feel that now more than ever trolls and people who want to mass-rdm and get away with it are joining the server constantly,and this damages the community since most players will get rdm'ed in spawn for 2 minutes, complain about it and even if the mass-rdmer is banned the damage has already been done,so they will quit the server and never come back because of this terrible experience,and since I really like this server I hate people that do that and I figured that I should try and become a Staff member (or at least try to) so that stop that from happening and also help the other players out so I can make them have the best experience possible so that they want to come back the next day and the day after and so on without worrying about people who break the rules.

Have you had any experience as a staff member before? : Yes, I was a moderator on a HaloRP server and a DarkRP server (Though both shut down since nobody really played)

What is RDM, RDA, FDA, NLR, FailRP, and FearRP?(Minimum of 2 examples per point):

RDM
Random Death Match(Damaging someone randomly)
1.Player1 just joined and killed Player2 because Player2 took his job
This is RDM since killing someone because he has a certain job that you want isn't a valid reason to kill
2.S.W.A.T. killed Player1 because he was looking at him suspiciously
This is RDM because the fact that someone is looking at you isn't a valid reason
3.Player1 got warned for NLR, then he decides to be a mean player and mass-rdm(killing more than 3  people)
Just because you  don't like the admins/server you don't have a reason to mass-rdm and ruin everyone's fun

RDA
Random Arrest(Arresting someone without a valid reason)
1.S.W.A.T.1 decides to arrest Kidnapper1 because of his job
Just because a player has a certain job that doesn't mean you can arrest them
2.Police1 decides to arrest Hitman1 because he spawns with a gun
Just because a player spawns with a gun doesn't mean you can arrest them instantly
3.Police2 arrests Civilian1 because he had cosmetics that the Cop didn't like
Just because someone has cosmetics/clothes that you dont like that doesn't mean you can arrest him

FDA
Fading Door Abuse(Exploiting fading doors)
1.Creating a button so you can open a fading door that only exists with that button
2.Have a Fading Door with less than a 5-second gap between the opening of it and closing of it

NLR
New Life Rule(You don't remember anything after your death and can't come back to that place before 2 minutes,there are exceptions though)
1.Player1 raids a house and manages to kill the owner of the house: Player2 comes back after 2 minutes and kills Player1
This is one of the exceptions, in fact, you can't go back to your house during a Raid if the raider killed you
2.Player1 got mugged by Thief1, he didn't drop the money so Thief1 killed him, Player 1 then requests a hit on Thief1 because he mugged him
You don't remember anything from your previous life so you can't request a hit because in your previous life he raided you/killed you/mugged you
3.S.W.A.T.1 kills Player1 because Player1 was raiding PD,after he respawn Player1 goes back to the PD and continues the Raid
This is NLR because when you die you can't go back to the place you died at and you can't continue a raid
