In order to prevent further abuse of your server, we have been forced to temporarily block access.

Our primary goal is to work with you to find a solution to the problem. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can unblock your server after consultation and you can deal with the matter in a satisfactory manner. Please note that the temporary suspension has no influence on the contract, the duration will still be extended without your cooperation. In order to cover our workload including the blocking and unblocking, we will charge a reactivation fee of 30.00 EUR. Please confirm the cost coverage to us to initiate the unblocking of your server.
