# Manual Installation Guide for QWEN IMAGE EDIT PLUS ComfyUI

This guide walks you through setting up ComfyUI with all the custom nodes and models needed for the QWEN IMAGE EDIT PLUS workflow.

### **Step 1: Prerequisites**

Before you begin, ensure you have the following installed
* **7-Zip** – https://www.7-zip.org/
* **Git**  – https://git-scm.com/download/win

### **Step 2: Download and Extract ComfyUI**

1. Download the **portable NVIDIA build (v0.3.60)** of ComfyUI:
   https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/releases/download/v0.3.60/ComfyUI_windows_portable_nvidia.7z
2. Extract with 7-Zip. Your folder should look like:

ComfyUI_windows_portable/
├── ComfyUI/
│ ├── models/
│ └── custom_nodes/
├── python_embeded/
└── run_nvidia_gpu.bat

### **Step 3: Install Required Custom Nodes**

1. Go to `ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes`
2. Open **cmd** in that folder
3. Run:

git clone https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager.git
git clone https://github.com/city96/ComfyUI-GGUF
git clone https://github.com/rgthree/rgthree-comfy
git clone https://github.com/yolain/ComfyUI-Easy-Use
git clone https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes
git clone https://github.com/ssitu/ComfyUI_UltimateSDUpscale
git clone https://github.com/cubiq/ComfyUI_essentials
git clone https://github.com/wallish77/wlsh_nodes
git clone https://github.com/vrgamegirl19/comfyui-vrgamedevgirl

4. For every folder that has a **`requirements.txt`**, install deps (example):

### **Step 4: Download QWEN IMAGE Model Files**

All files are on: https://huggingface.co/Aitrepreneur/FLX/tree/main
Place them under `ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\`

**Text Encoders** → `models\text_encoders\`
Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct-mmproj-BF16.gguf
Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct-UD-Q4_K_S.gguf


**VAE** → `models\vae\`
qwen_image_vae.safetensors

**UNets** → `models\unet\` *(pick correct VRAM variant)*

<12 GB VRAM
Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-Q4_K_S.gguf

12-24 GB VRAM
Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-Q5_K_S.gguf

24 GB+ VRAM
Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-Q8_0.gguf

**LoRAs** → `models\loras\`

Qwen-Image-Lightning-8steps-V1.1.safetensors
Qwen-Image-Lightning-4steps-V1.0.safetensors

**Upscale Models** → `models\upscale_models\`

4x-ClearRealityV1.pth
RealESRGAN_x4plus_anime_6B.pth

### **Step 5: Run ComfyUI**

Return to `ComfyUI_windows_portable` and double-click `run_nvidia_gpu.bat`.

## **RunPod Installation**

1. Create account at https://bit.ly/runpodAi
2. Pick a 24 GB VRAM GPU with the **aitrepreneur/comfyui** template
3. Access port **8888**
4. Mirror the same folder structure from this guide
5. Use `curl` to grab files, e.g.:
   `curl -L -o "filename" "URL"`
6. Watch logs:
   `tail -f workspace/logs/comfyui.log`
