Hypothetical Water Blue Mewtwo Main Swap

For Cerulean Cave, need Surf, need Koga's badge, and Master Ball
Swap Eevee to top for cerulean cave as it has run away (everything is higher level than Blastoise until post game)

Same route until Celadon
Do Rocket Hideout
Either don't buy Ice Beam and buy Scyther, or get Ice Beam anyway and save it for Mewtwo
Do Mega Kick strats on Rival 4's Weepinbell
Do not do Erika's gym after Tower; go straight to Cycling Road
Will be L39 for Warden (can Candy 1-2 times), need to check if this is OK (Parasect may be problematic w/o Ice Beam)
	At L39, would need to set up 2 X Specs and be in Torrent (with Mystic Water) to OHKO Parasect with Surf
		Would we even get the Mystic Water?
Fly out after, fight Koga
Instead of Cinnabar, go to Silph (or go to Cinnabar first, pick up Blizz, and then fight Erika with Blizz/Torrent Surf strats)
	Not sure if it's better to save Cinnabar for Mewtwo or not
	Getting Blizz kinda pointless as we're main swapping early
	Mewtwo would have easier Erika, but is an extra Fly to Celadon
Sabrina makes most sense with Blastoise post-Silph, though could be saved (combine with late Erika)
After getting Master Ball, with Eevee in party, fly/teleport to Cerulean and go to Cave, catch Mewtwo
