Hello! I am Jonas, your trainer for today. Make sure to NOT go afk, since you may miss important information if you do.
If you have a question, say PTS and a helper (or me) will answer it your question.  😊
As a moderator, your task is to keep other servers safe.
We’ll first talk about the admin commands that you get:
(;verify)
This will show our logo above your head, so people know that you are the moderator they called for.
Example:
;verify
(;sd)
This will shut the server down. ONLY do this when the server itself is exploiter. Not for fun.
If you are caught abusing it, you will get demoted.
Example (The server won’t, shut down, because we are in the TC) :
;sd
(;to player)
This command will teleport you to a player specified. You don’t have to enter the full name.
Example:
;to mark
(;bring player)
This command will bring a player to you. You don’t have to enter the full name.
Example:
;bring mark

(;kick player)
This command will kick the player specified. No need to enter the full name. (Pay attention for people who have a similar name! )
Example:
;kick mar
(;ban player)
This will ban the player specified. You are ONLY allowed to ban exploiters.
Example:
;ban mark
Abuse:
If you are caught using these for fun, or other reasons than moderating, you will get demoted.
For example: You may teleport to players when needed. (They called you, they’re the suspect…)
You may not teleport to them to make the game easier for you.
DO NOT bring random players.
Warnings:
You may also have to deal with trollers, rude people, etc.
You will give them 3 warnings. Make sure to specify a good reason and put a part of their name in it. Example:
Warning I – Rude – market
Warning 2 – Refusal to stop being rude – market
And so on.
When a player has 3 warnings, you may kick them.

IMPORTANT:
You are not allowed to do any command before you did ;verify!
You must record your calls, so we can have proof when the player appeals. Upload them to YouTube and post the link to in in a comment on the Trello call.
Trello:
Whenever we receive a call, a card will appear in the list “Calls”. You’ll see the caller, and suspect.
When you click on the card, you will get the game link (to join.), the player link (To join via profile.) and the description (The text the caller entered in the box “What’s the problem?”)
When you handle a call, make sure to add yourself to the card. You can do this by hovering over the card and pressing space.
Is a call finished? Then move it to the list “Completed-calls” and react in a comment what you did. (Kicked, banned, warned, talked, suspect left, …)
Upload the call to YouTube and place a link to it. (You get 24 hours to do this, starting from when we received the call.)
In order to do this, you will need a Trello account.
If your Trello username is not the same as your Roblox username, please mention your Roblox username in the comments that you post.
Whenever you are on duty (meaning you can accept calls), you add yourself to the “On duty” card.
You can do this by hovering over it and pressing space.
When you go off duty, you must remove yourself from the “On duty” card again.
