- >Magic And Its Effects On The World
- >That was the title of the book you had picked out of Twilights' library to read through this evening.
- >The title pretty much explains it all; the book goes over how magic is used in Equestrians' every-day lives, and the roles it played in the centuries and millennia past.
- >Much of the book theorizes how life in Equestria would be like if magic one day ceased to exist, or perhaps never existed in the first place.
- >The purpose of this, so the book states, is to teach the importance of magic and its many necessary uses in the daily lives of most ponies.
- >It's been an interesting read so far, though you haven't made it very far in yet.
- >The concept of magic suddenly vanishing was the most intriguing to you.
- >You were rather fond of the vast magical abilities you'd acquired, and it would suck to lose them, but it's still an interesting topic to think about.
- >You'd lived almost your entire life without magic even being a thing, so living without it again wouldn't be a big issue for you, but for ponies, especially unicorns, that's a whole other story.
- >After dinner, Twilight had started cleaning up while you selected the book and sat down to get started.
- >Barely ten minutes had passed since then. Twilight finished up and came out of her little kitchen to join you, when there was a knock on the front door.
- >Twilight stops just before getting on the couch next to you, raises an eyebrow in confusion, then begins walking to the door.
- "You expecting anybody Twi? Seems kinda late for a random visitor."
- >"No, I wonder who it could be?"
- >You set the book down on the table and stand up, watching the door as Twilight opens it with her magic.
- >On the other side is a postal worker stallion, presenting a package of some kind.
- >"Special delivery for a Ms. Twilight Sparkle." he says with a friendly smile.
- >"A royal seal!?" Twilight remarks in surprise.
- >She immediately grasps the package and turns around, walking back inside and closing the door behind her.
- >The stallion looked like he needed a signature, but he just got told no.
- >If it's from the Castle, Twilight usually won't have any fucks to give.
- >Twilight opens the package and pulls out a book along with a scroll.
- >While she's doing this, you make your way to the door and open it to reveal the postal worker just about to leave.
- >He looks back up and gives you a quizzical look.
- "Need a signature? I can handle it."
- >He pauses for a moment, then just shrugs, "Sure."
- >Taking the quill sticking out of his saddle-bag, you scribble your name on the manifest he presents to you, and he's soon on his way with the tip of his hat.
- >Hmm, seems like a nice guy, considering he's out making deliveries for the Princesses after dark.
- >As soon as you close the door, you hear Twilight reading the letter out loud.
- >"Dear Twilight Sparkle, the spell contained on the last page of this book is Starswirl The Beardeds' secret unfinished masterpiece."
- >Twilight produces a light gasp at the thought, along with an excited "Oooh!"
- >"He was never able to get it right, and thus abandoned it. I believe you are the only pony that can understand and re-write it. -Princess Celestia."
- "Wow, sounds like a tall order."
- >Twilight completely ignores you, now shifting her focus on the book as she drops the scroll on the floor.
- >As she's flipping to the last page, you walk over beside her and take a look.
- >"From one to another, another to one. A mark of ones' destiny singled out alone, fulfilled."
- >Twilight stops for a moment and looks up, away from the book.
- >Something behind you catches you attention, but when you take a look, you don't notice anything out of the ordinary. Just the display case housing the Elements of Harmony and the book shelves behind it.
- >"That doesn't make any sense. It doesn't even rhyme!"
- "Hmm, I'm sure you'll figure it out soon enough."
- >"I hope so," Twilight responds, yawning and setting the book on a shelf.
- "Did the letter say anything else?"
- >The scroll Twilight left on the floor is picked up via her magical grasp once again as she takes another gander at it.
- >"Hmm... Oh, yes! Sorry, I must have been too excited to notice. 'P.S. Send Anonymous to see me at Canterlot Castle first thing in the morning. No exceptions.'"
- "No exceptions? What's that supposed to mean?"
- >"That's strange, I have no idea. I was kinda hoping you would help me out with this spell too."
- >That is strange.
- >...Wait a minute.
- >Taking a few steps over to the shelf, you pick up the book and flip open the last page, where you read the spell to yourself in you head.
- >'A mark of ones' destiny singled out alone, fulfilled.'
- >Oh. Oh boy, this is it, isn't it?
- >"Anon?"
- >Twilight seems to have noticed the look of realization on your face as you studied the spell.
- >"Well?" Twilight asks again, anxious to hear if you figured something out.
- "Sorry Twi, I don't think I'm gonna be able to help ya out with this one."
- >"What? Why not? I thought you might have picked up on something that I missed!"
- >Bringing your hand to your chin in thought, you take another peek at the Elements of Harmony.
- >Something does seem a tad off about them, but you can't put your finger on it.
- >Are the colors different?
- >Hmm, that could be possible. Not that you payed much attention to them in the past, but you're pretty sure that the apple on AJ's Element isn't supposed to be purple.
- >Now that is weird, and you're curious. But you're probably better off leaving it for now and seeing what Celestia wants.
- >It's likely that she wants you to let her figure this out on her own, while she feeds you more shit about Twilights' destiny.
- >Guess you'll have to wait until morning to see though.
- >As your train of thought diminishes, you notice Twilight is still staring at you, awaiting a response.
- "Oh, yeah, well I thought I might have had something, but it's nothing."
- >Twilight sighs and lowers her head, turning around and walking to her couch.
- >You close the book and set it back on the shelf before joining Twilight.
- "Look Twilight," you say as you take a seat next to her, "I bet I could help you with this, but it sounds like Celestia wants you to figure it out yourself."
- >"Huh? Why do you think that?"
- "Well, for one, her letter said 'you are the only pony that can understand and re-write it.'"
- >"That doesn't mean you can't help me."
- "I know, but-" you pause for a moment, making sure you say the right words, "Let's just say I think I know why Celestia wants to see me."
- >"Oh?" she responds, raising an eyebrow at you, skeptical and curious to hear your answer.
- "That's the thing, I can't tell you. But it sounds like you're going to find out very soon."
- >"Oh, so you know something I don't then, huh?" she asks, standing up on the couch next to you, staring into your eyes.
- "Uhh, kinda? I don't know much, and believe me when I say I have questions too, but I have a feeling everything will be clear tomorrow. Or whenever you figure out that spell."
- >"Anon," Twilight says in a more serious-sounding tone, "You know more that you're not letting on," she continues as she steps over you, then proceeding to lift up her front half, placing her fore-hooves onto your shoulders, "And you're going to tell me." she finishes, acquiring a serious, yet playful tone.
- >It was slightly intimidating to be honest, but you gotta admit, you love it when she's like this.
- "Uhh, heh, n-no, that's about all there is, promise!"
- >"Uh-huh, you sure about that?"
- >Twilights' horn begins to glow as she starts licking her lips, and lowering herself onto your until your bodies are touching.
- >Her goods are resting right on your ever-expanding crotch.
- >You attempt to move your arms up and around her, but you then realize that she is using her magic to keep you still.
- >Clever girl.
- >"Aww, what's wrong, can't move?" she asks mockingly, a devious little grin plastered on her face.
- "Come on Twi, I really don't know that much! And I couldn't tell you anyway!"
- >A look of disappointment forms on her now, as her lower half begins to shift just enough for you tell feel yourself poking her.
- >Your pants are still on of course, but you can feel her. The heat, the wetness-
- >Oh boy.
- >Twilight chuckles as she slowly lifts herself up just out of reach.
- >Quite the tease, this mare. But you love it.
- >Sure, you could just use your own magic to overpower her, but this was fun.
- >You'd let her have her fun now, but when it came down to business, she would be at your mercy.
- >"So why can't you tell me, hmm?" she asks playfully, gently swaying her lower half back and forth, a seductive look in her eyes.
- >As much as you love this, it's time to give her an answer that she will hopefully accept.
- "Celestias orders."
- >Twilight stops, continuing to look at you and contemplate those two simple words.
- "Sorry Twi. I love ya, but I'm sure you can understand."
- >Her horn stops glowing, but she doesn't move or say anything yet. Just a look of disappointment showing up again.
- "We should both have our answers tomorrow, okay? How's that?"
- >Before letting her respond, you move your arms up and around her, stroking the top of her head with one of your hands.
- >Twilight exhales a sigh, "Okay Anon, you win. I hope you're right about that." she responds, showing you a faint smile.
- >You smile back at her before using your arms to force her head down to you, until you can give her a kiss.
- >When she finally breaks the kiss, Twilight continues to smile at you, giving you another seductive gaze.
- >"You know," she begins to whisper, "I think Spike is still going to be in that bath for a while~"
- >Knowing exactly what she meant, you pull her head in for another kiss while you pull the rest of her down onto you again.
- >It's not often that Twilight rides your dick in the middle of her house like this, you know, what with Spike being around and all, but it sure is nice.
- >Twilight's pretty tired when it's all said and done, so you say your goodbyes and head back home.
- >You told her that you probably wouldn't see her before you left in the morning; just a simple 'good luck' should be all for now.
- >To be honest, you're really curious about this spell too, and just what exactly is going to happen tomorrow.
- >However you don't let it bother you too much, and luckily you're able to get a decent amount of sleep.
- >A couple hours after sunrise, you're up and getting prepared for the day.
- >Because you're going to Canterlot Castle, you figure ya might as well wear something a tad nicer than casual clothes, so you decide to put on some nice dress clothes that were finely crafted by- who else, Rarity.
- >After getting dressed, you walk out the front door to see something quite unexpected.
- >There was a checkered-pattern of clouds in the sky covering Ponyville.
- >In some areas the sun was shining, in others it was raining, or even snowing.
- >Just what the hell was going on? Where's Rainbow Dash?
- >Before you think any more about it though, you remember what Celestias letter said.
- >'No exceptions.'
- >Maybe it's just a part of her plan? Or part of that spell maybe?
- >It's a little worrisome, but you decide to walk back into your house and close the door so nobody spots the bulge in your pants as you magically search for Celestia.
- >You locate her rather quickly, and within a couple seconds, you are standing in her throne room.
- >Celestia sits upon her throne, nopony else in the room.
- >"Ah, good morning Anonymous. I was hoping you wouldn't be much longer."
- "Yeah, kinda took my time, sorry. Good morning to you as well Princess."
- >Celestia stands from her throne and begins to approach you.
- >"I take it you're curious about why I asked you here?"
- "Actually, I'm pretty sure I know why, but I know better then to ask you for answers, heh."
- >Celestia chuckles at your comment."
- >"I don't blame you Anonymous, but today, you may actually get your answers."
- "Really now? That's good, because Twilight's starting to catch on. I had to convince her last night that her questions would be answered today, so it's a relief to hear that I actually wasn't lying."
- >Celestia smiles and begins walking past you, toward the main doors to the throne room. She opens the doors with her magic and motions for you to come with her.
- >"Twilight Sparkle is still young, but she is the most gifted unicorn I have ever known."
- "Oh? So that's why you think she will be able to finish what Starswirl the Bearded couldn't?"
- >"That's right. He too was a very powerful and gifted unicorn. His knowledge and ability was unmatched, and even now may stand above what Twilight is capable of, but he was old. Considering what Twilight has now, she will easily surpass him in time."
- "Do you think she already has some huge advantage over him? Maybe something she has that he never did?"
- >"Oh, there's a few things," she responds in a playful tone, "Companionship, for one."
- "Y-yeah?" you stutter, "So, what, Starswirl never had a companion?"
- >"I'm sure he had some fun in his time, but I don't recall him ever being in a serious engagement. More importantly though, Twilight has a group of amazing friends, who have all taught her how important friendship is. Starswirl never had much of that either."
- "That's unfortunate."
- >Celestia nods in agreement.
- >By now you're both out of the throne room, walking through the mostly empty halls of Canterlot Castle.
- "So, hey... can you tell me what that spell is all about?"
- >"I'm not even entirely sure about it, to be honest. However I do know that it was designed to interact with the Elements of Harmony. From what I can tell, it has the ability to switch them around."
- "Switch them around? But- Wait, whoa, hold on a sec- I thought I noticed the colors of the Elements were off after Twilight cast the spell last night."
- >"The colors? Hmm, yes, that could happen, to signify the change. Was there anything else out of place?"
- "Uhh, there was this morning. Some crazy weather was over Ponyville. The clouds were setup in some kind of checkered pattern, and there was bits of rain, snow, and sun all over. It was nuts."
- >"I see..." she pauses, thinking about it for a moment.
- >"I guess I was right then." Celestia says as she begins walking again, down another hall-way.
- "Right about what, exactly?"
- >"That spell doesn't just alter the Elements of Harmony, it alters the ponies that bear them, changing their cutie marks as well as their destinies."
- "Ah- Wait, what? You don't mean-"
- >"Somepony other than Rainbow Dash is controlling the weather in Ponyville at the moment."
- "And you're allowing all of this to happen? It sounds a bit wreckless if you ask me."
- >"Do not worry Anonymous, I have complete confidence that Twilight Sparkle will discover the answer and finish that spell."
- "I have confidence in her too, but-"
- >"This spell required something Starswirl didn't fully understand- Friendship. Twilight will come to the conclusion eventually, and when she does, she will have passed my final test."
- "I hope you're right about that. But what happens when she passes?"
- >"Her true destiny will finally be realized. To be specific, well, you will just have to wait and see."
- >You roll your eyes in response. It figures she would say that.
- >Celestia giggles at you for it.
- >"This all brings me to a question I have for you though, Anonymous."
- "Shoot."
- >"Today is going to be a big day for Twilight. Today's events will change her life forever, and it may affect you as well."
- >Well that sure makes you think. Before you can respond though, she continues.
- >"Anonymous, am I correct in assuming you wish to be together with Twilight for the remainder of your days?"
- >Her question stops you in your tracks.
- >Celestia takes a step ahead when she realizes, and she turns to look at you, awaiting a response.
- >She asked if you wanted to be with Twilight for the rest of your life.
- >Well, that's not a hard question to answer, of course you do!
- >But... why is she asking? Just how big of a change is this all going to be?
- "Celestia, I- Of course I do. I love Twilight Sparkle more than anything. It took me a while to figure it out, but she's the best thing that's ever happened to me. The magic is great, but I would give it up in a heart-beat to be with her."
- >Celestia responds with a smile first, before speaking.
- >"I am glad to hear it. Does that mean you would like to marry her at some point too?"
- >D- did she just say- marry?
- >Whoa, now that's not something you've really thought about before.
- >Honestly, marriage as mostly a bunch of bullshit back on Earth, but here it might not be so bad.
- >Besides, even on Earth, would you be willing to go through it for Twilight?
- >...What are you talking about, of course you would!
- >So... yeah, getting married to Twilight shouldn't be a big deal then, right?
- "Well, Celestia, I haven't really thought about it before, but- Yeah, I guess I would."
- >"You guess?"
- "Sorry, marriage is kind of ridiculous where I come from, so I've never really been excited at the thought. But- here in Equestria, and for Twilight, I would totally marry her."
- >You flash Celestia a smile, and she smiles back.
- >She begins walking again, and you follow.
- >"Good. How do proposals work in your world, would you like to take time and do it on your own terms?"
- "Hmm, I don't know. Why, got something in mind?"
- >"I was thinking that it would be nice if you asked her during her coronation."
- "Coronation?"
- >"When Twilight finishes that spell and realizes her destiny, she will become our newest Princess. For this, we must hold a Princess Coronation ceremony here in Canterlot, to introduce the new Princess. I just thought it would be nice to be able to introduce a new Prince along-side her, is all. And I can only do that if you too are engaged to wed."
- >That's... that's a lot to take in.
- >Holy shit, is she actually serious right now?
- >Twilight will become a Princess?
- >You will become a Prince if you marry her?
- >But... Every Princess here is an alicorn, so does that mean-
- >Oh. Oh god.
- >Not only does this stop you in your tracks again, you legs freeze up and you fall forward, flat on your face.
- >"Anonymous!?" Celestia shouts.
- >You slowly shift around and begin to lift yourself off the ground as you collect your thoughts.
- >"Anonymous, are you okay?"
- "Ugh... physically, maybe." you answer as you get to your knees.
- >Celestia is silent until you get to your feet and brush yourself off.
- >"It's a lot to take in I suppose."
- "That's putting it mildly... So is she going to become an alicorn then?"
- >"Yes, she is. She may not change much at all however, aside from the addition of a pair a wings, of course. And her horn might get a little longer."
- "Hmm, I guess that's okay, but it's going to be a little weird for a while."
- >"I'm sure. You know," she says, giving you a sly grin before continuing, "you could have some fun with her new wings. They can be a bit- sensitive, and since it's a new thing for her, she will have no idea how to handle it."
- "Uhh- sensitive, you say? Hmm. Well, alright, now I'm a little more okay with the idea of her becoming an alicorn, but honestly I'm surprised to hear that from you Celestia."
- >She giggles in response and continues walking.
- >"Anon, I've been around for well over a thousand years, don't think I haven't had my share of- experiences."
- "Heh, oh I'm sure, I've just never heard you mention anything before, especially regarding your past, or a former mate."
- >Celestias' head droops a little, but she carries on.
- >"Those were- different times, Anon. It's not always easy to look back on. But we must not concern ourselves with that."
- >Fair enough.
- >The two of you continued to walk through the grand halls of Canterlot Castle until you ended up in an outside courtyard, surrounded by gardens.
- >Celestia walks to a bench, hops up and lays down. There's just a large enough spot left on the bench for you to sit.
- >"Care to join me, Anon?"
- "Uhh, sure."
- >Reluctantly, you sit down next to her on the bench.
- >As you do, her horn begins to glow, and a small vortex-looking thing begins to open up in front of you both.
- >You're a little freaked out at first, but then you recognize it.
- "Sight Beyond Sight?"
- >Celestia nods her head.
- >"It's a useful spell."
- "Sure is."
- >As the image within the vortex becomes clear, you see the inside of Fluttershy's cottage.
- >There are all sorts of animals running around rampantly, totally wrecking the place.
- >Twilight and Spike had just entered through the front door, while Rainbow is failing miserably at corralling the animals.
- >Why is she doing that, where's Fluttershy?
- "What the hell?"
- >"Quite the peculiar sight, isn't it?"
- "Yeah, where's Fluttershy anyway?"
- >"Take a close look, Anon."
- >Celestia zooms in to Rainbows' flank when she stops moving.
- >Hmm. Nice view- wait, what the fuck?
- "Is that Fluttershy's cutie mark?"
- >"Yes. It seems as though Starswirl's spell has swapped the cutie marks of the Elements."
- "That's just insane. Doesn't that change who they are?"
- >"It seems that way. But don't worry, Twilight is sure to find out how to fix it all eventually."
- >She better be right.
- >"Anonymous, you never answered my question."
- "About what?"
- >"Proposing to Twilight Sparkle. Do you think you may do it tomorrow? It's entirely up to you, but I would be very happy to announce a new Prince along with the new Princess."
- >A Prince, huh.
- >Being married to a pony was one thing, but a pony princess? And then becoming a prince yourself?
- >Needless to say, it was a very strange concept.
- >Honestly, you didn't even really care about the whole prince aspect of it all.
- >Being married to Twilight was more than enough.
- "Yeah, I think I will. I have a question though; what is being a prince going to mean to me? Am I going to be required to perform royal duties, or anything like that at all?"
- >"You will not be required to, no. As much as I wish that you and Twilight would make formal appearances and perform the typical royal duties, it is not something I wish to force on you."
- "Heh, that's good. Sorry, but being considered royalty was never something I wanted, to be honest. But hey, maybe I'll get used to it eventually."
- >"Then I will look forward to that time. Until then? No pressure." Celestia finishes with a giggle.
- >You think you can handle that.
- >Seeing Twilight with wings though, that's gonna be weird for a while.
- >It hurts just trying to picture it...
- >Some time passes by, you and Celestia just continue to watch through the vortex of the spell she had cast.
- >Twilight had adopted a defeated look to her, and is in her bedroom, staring out of her window.
- >It was a sad sight. You wanted to be there for her, but you had to wait it out and let her do this.
- >It wasn't easy to just sit there and watch, and Celestia realized that.
- >"Anonymous, are you alright?"
- "Hmm? Oh, yeah, it's just- She looks so sad. I want to be there."
- >"I understand, but sh-"
- "She has to do this on her own, I know..."
- >Celestia looks at you for a moment longer before turning back to the vision.
- >Spike had walked into the room and was trying to comfort her.
- >At least he's there for her. He's been a good assistant and friend to Twilight, hopefully he can help her out a bit.
- >"You are familiar with this spell, aren't you?"
- "Yeah I've used it a couple times. Why?"
- >"I must tend to a few things, though I will return here in a couple hours. I just want to make sure you could keep an eye on things, if you want to that is."
- "Oh sure, no problem. I might just take a nap out here, if that's okay anyway."
- >"Perfectly fine, Anonymous." Celestia responds with a smile as she gets up and off the bench.
- >Celestia unfurls her wings and spreads them out wide before taking flight, heading up and over to the castle.
- >You gotta admit, her wingspan is impressive. She looks majestic when in-flight like that.
- >Here's to hoping Twilight will give you the same impression.
- >So, you could cast the spell yourself and check up on Twilight, but you were a little tired.
- >You can keep your eyes off her for an hour or two, she'll be fine.
- >Not like you can do anything anyway...
- >Besides, it's a beautiful day here in Canterlot, plus you're in an enclosed courtyard within the castle.
- >You've seen no ponies out here other than the princess and a few guards.
- >Warm rays from Celestias' sun were shining down all around here, but there was a small tree in just the right position to provide shade to the bench you were sitting on.
- >Top it off with having a warm, gentle breeze along with nearly no noise, and you've got yourself the perfect environment in which to take a nap.
- >And so you do.
- >"Anonymous?"
- >You heard your name called, but your brain isn't registering anything else yet.
- >You must have been really tired.
- >"Anonymous? Why must thou nap in our private courtyard gardens?"
- >Wait. Is that- Luna?"
- >Opening your eyes and slowing sitting up, you notice that Princess Luna is indeed standing in front of you.
- "Oh," you begin as you're interrupted by a yawn, "Good afternoon Princess, I wasn't expecting you here."
- >"We can tell."
- "We?"
- >"Yes- Ah, sorry, it is a difficult habit to break." Luna stutters, showing a hint of embarrassment.
- "Heh, it's okay Luna. So what brings you here anyway?"
- >"I wanted to apologize, once again, for the horrible experiences I put you through."
- "Luna, that's done and over with. It was in your best interests, and you are aware that you crossed the line, and you are sorry for that. There's no need to bring it up."
- >"I am glad you are so forgiving, Anonymous. I just wanted to make absolutely sure that none of these current events have any more negative affects for you. And that the two of us can interact with one another without issue."
- "You have nothing to worry about Luna. Sure, today's events have me confused and anxious, but it's a happy time now, and I think it's only about to get a lot better."
- >"And you and I are- how would you say... Cool?"
- >You can't help but chuckle at that.
- "Yeah Luna, we're cool. Regardless of what happens today, or tomorrow, or any time after this, I would like to consider you and your sister my friends. There's no need to bring up that part of our past anymore."
- >Luna shows a smile on her face.
- >"Anyway, aside from that, I also came here to wish you luck. Big sister has told me about your plans for tomorrow, and I cannot wait to see it!"
- "What? Oh, my proposal?"
- >Luna shakes her head up and down in excitement.
- "Yeah, well, your sister kind of conned me into it, but it's okay. It was bound to happen eventually, I just never really thought about it until now. Thanks for the good luck though, but I doubt I'll need it."
- >"Tomorrow is sure to be an interesting day."
- "Hey now, I'm still waiting for today to officially happen. Don't get me started on tomorrow."
- >Luna giggles and then looks up into the sky for a moment, before spreading out her wings.
- >"I must be going now Anonymous. I am looking forward to seeing you tomorrow."
- "As am I, Princess."
- >You wave your hand at her as she takes off back toward the castle.
- >Moments later, as you contemplate what to do next, Celestia comes in for a landing.
- "Hey Celestia."
- >"Anonymous, the time draws near. You should go back to Ponyville and meet with your friends at Twilights' house. Wait outside for our arrival, and try not to tell them anything."
- >Her wings still open, she takes off once again.
- "Uhh, okay then. See ya soon, I guess."
- >She smiles before enveloping herself in her own magical aura, then soon vanishing.
- >Hmm, strange.
- >It looked like it could have been some kind of teleport, but who knows.
- >Speaking of teleport-
- >Conjuring up some magic, you focus your thoughts in the direction of Ponyville, attempting to find the most familiar presence you could find.
- >Hmm- Rainbow Dash should work.
- >In a matter of seconds, you locate her, and before you know it, you're inside Twilights' house.
- >You're presented with an- interesting sight, to say the least.
- >Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie are standing in a circle, their Elements upon them, starting at a smoldering black spot on the floor between them.
- >"Anon?" Rainbow seems to be the first to notice you.
- "Uh, hey girls. What's up?"
- >"It's Twilight!" Applejack shouts frantically.
- >"She finished her spell, and the Elements of Harmony reacted to it!" Rainbow chimes in.
- >"But then she just... disappeared!" Rarity adds.
- "Well, I'll be damned. She pulled it off."
- >The ponies all look at you, confused.
- "Uhh, you'll all know soon enough. Come on, we need to wait outside."
- >"Huh? Anon, what are ya talkin' about? Twilight just vanished outta thin air, are ya crazy or do ya know somethin' we don't?"
- "Well, I do know something you don't, but I don't know if I'm ready for it. Come on, let's just go."
- >Without further delay, you step outside, the five ponies plus Spike following behind you.
- >You're all waiting for a few minutes, you ignoring any questions the ponies toss at you, until the light finally shines up above.
- >A ridiculously bright light, at that.
- >It forms in the sky above Ponyville, before sinking down to the ground in front of you all.
- >The light begins to dissipate, showing the silhouette of a pony.
- >"Twilight? Is that you?" Applejack asks, holding a hoof up over her eyes to cover them from the light.
- >Twilight emerges from the light, standing up and unfolding her wings.
- >Oh, wow.
- >There they are.
- >It was true. She has wings, which makes her an Alicorn.
- >Rarity even felt the need to point it out to her. How nice.
- >Your friends all grasp and walk up to Twilight, checking her out and congratulating her.
- >Rainbow Dash seems happy to have a new flying buddy. And she should be!
- >"Wow," Fluttershy says, "You look just like a Princess!"
- >"That's because she is a Princess." Celestia says as she takes a landing next to the ponies.
- >Again, everybody gasps in shock at her words.
- >"A Princess?" Twilight asks, noticeably worried.
- >Celestia goes on to tell Twilight what she's accomplish since she came to Ponyville.
- >"You are an inspiration to us all, Twilight." she finishes, before bowing to Twilight.
- >The other ponies proceed to bow as well.
- >Yeeaahh, you're not doing that.
- >You love Twilight and all, but that's a place you don't need to go yet.
- >"What do I do now? Is there a book about being a Princess I should read?" Twilight asks, obviously still freaking out a little.
- >Geez, and here you thought you freaked out when you heard about it.
- >Celestia giggles, before saying, "There will be time for that later."
- >Twilight looks around at Celestia and her friends, and then finally seems to notice you.
- >"Anon!" she shouts as she jumps forward toward you.
- >Thankfully she doesn't even try using her wings yet. With her luck, she'd probably fly straight into the ground at first.
- >You open your arms out and embrace her in a hug.
- >"You don't seem as surprised as the others, Anon. Did- Did you know about this?" she asks as she breaks the hug and stands on the ground in front of you.
- "Celestia told me everything today. I can still barely believe it actually happened, but here you are. I couldn't be any more proud of you Twilight."
- >She smiles at you, then stands up on her hind hooves, wrapping her for-hooves around your back.
- >This puts her head just under yours, so you lean down just enough to give her what she wants; a nice lovers kiss.
- >Your friends all daw at the sight.
- >Twilight proceeds to hug you again when it's over.
- >"I can't believe it happened either." she whispers to you.
- "Don't worry Twi. Things are going to change, but we'll be just fine. Remember that I will be here with you all the way, always and forever."
- >She breaks the hug again and drops back down to the ground, looking back up at you.
- >"Always and forever?"
- "You'll understand soon enough. Things are only getting started Twilight, but let's leave it where it is for now."
- >You place a hand on top of her shoulder and turn her around, walking her along with you back to the others.
- >That evening, you and your friends had watched her attempt to use her wings.
- >She was super clumsy at first, but slowly started getting the hang of it with Rainbows help.
- >That night, when it finally came to just you and her alone, you had remembered Celestias words and gave Twilights' wings a test of your own.
- >These wings were brand-spankin' new, Twilight learned a new definition of the word sensitive that night.
- >It wasn't as erogenous as her horn, but it still worked, and it was more entertaining to watch her squirm under the workings of your fingers.
- >Before Celestia had left, she had told you all the the Coronation Ceremony was to be tomorrow, at a specific time.
- >When the time came, you teleported everypony to Canterlot Castle.
- >Twilight was taken to be given her Royal Princess dress, while you and your friends were told to meet with Celestia, Luna, and Cadence in the ceremonial room.
- >The three Princesses were standing before the altar, all dressed up nicer than you'd ever seen them before.
- >"Welcome my little ponies, and Anonymous!" Celestia greets you all as you walk in.
- >There are many various ponies filling the sides of the room, leaving an opening for the red carpet.
- >Your friends, the other elements, were all wearing their nice dresses, and you had put on a tux that Rarity had recently crafted for you.
- >You didn't know why she did it at first, but you do now. Celestia had obviously told commissioned her to do it for this.
- >"My ponies, bearers of the Elements of Harmony, please stand to the right of Princess Cadence. Anonymous, you may stand on the other side, to the left of Princess Luna."
- >You all nod and take your positions.
- >"Anonymous," Celestia asks, turning to look at you, "Are you ready for this?"
- >After taking a deep breath to try and remain calm, you nod your head.
- >Celestia smiles and turns her attention to the crowd.
- >When it seems like everypony is ready, she begins.
- >"We are all gathered here today to celebrate a momentous occasion."
- >"My most faithful student, Twilight Sparkle, has done many extraordinary things since she's lived in Ponyville."
- >"She even helped reunite me with my sister, Princess Luna."
- >"But today, Twilight Sparkle did something extraordinary."
- >"She created new magic, proving without a doubt, that she is ready to be crowned Equestria's newest Princess!"
- >"Fillies and gentlecolts, may I present for the very first time, Princess Twilight Sparkle!"
- >At that moment, the doors on the other side of the room open up.
- >And in comes Twilight, in a dress that's- well, nice, but pretty basic compared to what the other Princesses have. Or even her friends for that matter.
- >But oh well. She's being accompanied by four mares who are each holding a banner presenting Twilights' cutie mark. Behind them are four royal guard stallions. All eight of them are fucking singing...
- >Twilight steps up onto the altar in front of Celestia, where Spike walks up and presents her tiara, which bears her element of harmony.
- >Celestia uses her magic to life the tiara and place it on Twilights head.
- >Twilight proceeds to turn around and present herself to the room of ponies, which mostly consisted of friends, family, and the upper-class.
- >Queue the cheering!
- >Everypony in the room began cheering and clopping their hooves together.
- >When it begins to calm down, Celestia steps up once again.
- >"Everypony, there is one more thing I would like to announce. Anonymous, if you would, please."
- >All eyes in the room now turn on you.
- "Heh, yeah, no pressure or anything." you say nervously, as Celestia and Luna giggle. "I'll make it short."
- >Twilight notices, and has now become curious.
- >You kneel down closer to Twilight, clear your throat and begin.
- "Twilight Sparkle. It wasn't until after the serious incident with Discord and Eris, that I realized you had fallen in love with me. For reasons I won't get into, it took some time for me to fully reciprocate those feelings. But when I finally realized that I was in love with you, I never wanted it to end. I was as happy as I'd ever been, and I couldn't bare the thought of you not being in my life."
- >Twilights' eyes are locked with yours, and they're gleaming as she takes in everything that your'e saying.
- >Behind her, you can catch your five friends watching along. Rarity seems to be the only one who currently knows what's about to happen, and she's already crying.
- "I honestly hadn't thought about this much, until Celestia made me realize it yesterday. Twilight, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. You're already taking a big first step into a new life today, so how about another one? ...With me?"
- >You hear some gasps from your friends, among some other ponies in the crowd.
- >Twilights' eyes are still glistening, but now she's actually shedding tears, and her entire body is trembling.
- >She's smiling madly under it all though, you can only begin to guess how happy she is right now.
- >You're about to find out first-hand though.
- "Twilight Sparkle? Will you marry me?"
- >"Yes!" she immediately responds with a voice shaky from emotion.
- >Twilight lunges forward and gives you the most passionate kiss you've ever shared with her.
- >Everypony in the room cheers again.
- >The two of you are embraced for what seems like ages, but neither of you care.
- >After all, right now it's the happiest moment of either of your lives.
- >Eventually, you both break it apart.
- >You wrap and arm around her back as you shift her to face the crowd again, while you sit next to her.
- >Twilight smiles as you pump your other arm into the air, eliciting some more cheers from around the room.
- >"Well then," Celestia speaks up, "I believe it is time for Twilight to speak to her subjects."
- >She steps forward, motioning for you and Twilight to follow her and the other three Princesses.
- >They lead you out onto a balcony overlooking a large plaza outside of the castle.
- >It's full of ponies! There's got be a few thousand out there, at least!
- >Okay, yeah, that's a bit intimidating.
- >You can tell Twilight is a little on-edge about it too.
- >As she approaches the edge of the balcony, Celestia and Luna at her sides, she begins waving at the crowds below as they cheer her on.
- >Celestia nudges Twilight, asking her to say something.
- >She fumbles around with her thoughts for a moment before speaking up and giving a short speech about friendship.
- >"..Today, I consider myself the luckiest pony in Equestria! Thank you, friends. Thank you everypony!"
- >The crowd goes into some more heavy cheering as her speech is concluded.
- >Celestia nudges you forward so you're standing next to Twilight, before she nudges Twilight again.
- >"Twilight, you don't want to leave your new Prince out of the equation now, do you?" she whispers to her.
- >"P-prince!? she loudly whispers back.
- "That's right, Twi," you whisper to her, "Celestia said that if we were to get married, I would become a Prince. Crazy, huh?"
- >She looks up at you, then to Celestia, then back to you. You both just smile at her.
- >When the concept finally settles with her, she steps up to the edge of the balcony again, you at her side.
- >"Everypony, I'm sure most of you at least know about Anonymous, the human, standing here beside me."
- >She pauses and quickly motions for you to lean down to her.
- >"So, since we're engaged, uh- what does that make you to me?"
- "Uh, what? Your fiance maybe?"
- >"Yeah, that's it!"
- >Twilight resumes her position, you just roll your eyes and shake your head before standing back up.
- >"I would like to take this time to formally present to you all, my as-of-a-few-minutes-ago fiance, and soon-to-be Prince, Anonymous!"
- >Many gasps are heard throughout the crowd, but you're soon welcomed with, once again, more heavy cheering and the clopping of hooves.
- >It's still a bit intimidating and nerve-wracking, but you manage to contain your composure as you wave to the ponies below.
- >Soon, you all head back inside, where Shining Armor and Princess Cadence greet you all.
- >Shining and Twilight share a hug and a few words, before Twilights friends congratulate her again.
- >As Twilight and her friends all hug-box each other, Shining walks over to you.
- >"Hey, congratulations Anon," he says, holding out a hoof to you.
- >You smile and grasp his hoof in your hand and giving it a shake.
- "Thanks a lot Shining, I'm glad that you approve."
- >"Why wouldn't I? My past is behind me, you've been great to my little sister, and I can tell she loves you very much. She's lucky to have somebody like you."
- "Thanks, it really means a lot coming from you. I can still barely believe any of this is happening; hell, I can sometimes hardly believe I'm actually in a world like this, but I honestly couldn't be any happier right now."
- >"Well I'm glad to hear it."
- >"Okay Twilight," Celestia interrupts, "It's time for your coronation parade around Canterlot!"
- >"Parade?"
- >"Come now Twilight!"
- >Celestia rushes Twilight along to the stairs.
- >Looks like it's time to show her off to the city up close.
- >"It's such a big day for her," Cadence says, "I hope it isn't all too much for her to take in at once."
- "It's going to be taxing on her, it'll be a while before she gets adjusted to everything, but I'll be there with her all the way to make sure she pulls through."
- >Cadence and Shining smile, happy for you to ease their minds a little.
- >Suddenly, out of fricken nowhere, Rainbow Dash tackles you.
- >She pushes you away from your friends and then just stops and hugs you.
- "Uhh, Rainbow? You okay?"
- >She pulls her head back for a second, shifting her eyes left and right a few times, before swiftly breaking the hug and looking casual.
- >Or, trying to anyway.
- >"Heh, yeah. I just wanted to say that I'm happy for ya."
- "Really?"
- >"Y-yeah, really. What, you think I'm not?"
- "Wha- No, that's what you pushed me away for? To tell me that?"
- >"Uh- Hey, look, I- I just..."
- >Rainbow can't find the words she's looking for, lost in her thoughts.
- "Rainbow, what's up? You know you can tell me anything, now spill."
- >"Ugh- Look, I just want you to know that I'm happy for you and Twilight, okay? Sometimes I think maybe you feel, I dunno, bad for what happened between us, or something. But I know you're much happier and better off with Twilight. And I'm sure you know that too."
- "Uh- Yeah, I guess you're probably right about that. But don't worry Dash, I don't have any hard feelings to you, okay? I am sorry for what happened, but hey, it was obvious that we wanted to live separate lives, right? You need to remember though, that I value your friendship above anyone else. I think we can still have a strong friendship, and I don't want anything to come between that."
- >"I don't either. And- Thanks, Anon."
- >"Come ON girls!" Pinkie Pie shouts, "We have to go with her!"
- >The rest of your friends go after Pinkie Pie to tail Twilight down the stairs.
- >"You comin' Anon?" Rainbow asks before turning away.
- "Nah, I think I'll just hand out up here and watch for now."
- >"Ah, alright then, see ya when we get back!"
- >You smile and hold out your fist.
- >"Aww yeah!" Rainbow exclaims as she pounds a hoof into it, before turning and flying off and down the grand stair-case.
- >Shaking your head and chuckling, you walk back out over the balcony and look out down below.
- >A minute or two later, and out comes a small open carriage; really it was just a giant throne on wheels being pulled by a couple stallions.
- >Twilight was on it, waving to her subjects, as her friends were trotting along either side of it.
- >This was more her day than yours after all, that spotlight belongs to her.
- >Before long, the two of you would be getting married, probably right up here in this very room.
- >Then, being the wedding of a Prince and Princess, you'd get your spotlight.
- >Not like you wanted it, but hey, some times it's nice to get noticed.
- >Princess Twilight Sparkle, and Prince Anonymous.
- >It's going to take a while for that one to sink in, but you're not worried.
- >You and Twilight both took huge steps to your new lives today, and neither of you could be any happier.

- If you haven't noticed already, this story is being re-written.
- The first chapter was taken from this story and re-worked quite a bit. The rest of the story will be written from scratch, though it will contain many of the same elements and events. My hope is that is stays on track to the original plot, which this story here did not do.
- At any rate, I hope some of you out there enjoyed at least some of this story, and to any of you who powered all the way through it, thanks for reading!
- I know very well where I went wrong in this story, but if you still want to give me your two cents on the whole thing, or any bits of it, please feel free.
