  2. The variety of trees that crowd around the Moonhart Mother Tree goes beyond count, elms and alders, beech and cherry, hawthorn and hazel, evergreen and oak, all dwarfed by the magnificence and majesty of the mother tree herself. The grasses and shrubs that grow in the surrounding forest become scarce as they approach the tree, replaced by tiny wildflowers of amethyst-purple and marble-white. The veil to the ethereal plane is particularly thin, and the laughter of pixies and other creatures of the fae tinkle down from the treetops and tickle the ears of those below. The atmosphere itself, although benign and welcoming, also vibrates with a palpable power, sending shivers up the skin. The vegetation in the area feels saturated with life, covered in misted dewdrops, ready to burst forth into vibrancy at any moment. Birds sing more melodically, and creatures dance amidst the foliage, suffused with power and grace. A sedge of galingale is firmly planted in the forest floor. A marjoram bush flourishes here, spreading its delicate scent. Sprays of chervil cover the forest floor. Lovely coltsfoot carpets the forest floor. Singing a hauntingly beautiful melody, Miakoda, Maiden of the Moonhart, stands here. Towering high above is the Moonhart Mother Tree, stretching her enormous branches heavenwards. The regal form of a Lady of Moonlight stands here, gleaming streamers of white fabric surrounding the graceful figure. Hunched forward, an ugly wiccan hag stands here, wheezing. A maddened elfen looms here, buffeted by an everpresent breeze. Lendren Starfall with a Rainbow face stands here, surrounded by faint sparkles of prismatic light about her form. She wields a scuffed mandolin bearing the stories of the road in her left hand.

  153. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. The vast and endless cosmos stretch out before you in all directions, the empty darkness of midnight sky no longer simply above but beneath, before and behind as well. Shimmering pinpricks of light exist in countless clouds and clusters, some glowing with the radiant intensity of the Star of Celest while others twinkle in and out of existence in a constant struggle to be noticed. Great swathes of cosmic dust swirl in the distance about glowing focal points, all of them moving in precise and predictable manners, all spinning slowly about this very point. Infinitesimal specks of light join with radiant stars ranging from white to blue to a burning crimson, forging a wide variety of constellations, many seen within the skies above New Celest while others remain completely unknown. Floating within the starlit nothingness, a single glowing pentacle forms the Starlit Eternity, each point bearing an archway of white light, their depths shrouded almost completely by warm starlight. In the shape of an open palm, a metallic sigil lies here. A sigil in the shape of a small, rectangular monolith is on the ground. Ionye, the celestial amphiptere, awaits here, a corona of starlight radiating from the feathered frill around his neck.

  171. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. Meeting in the radiant heart of New Celest, the broad city streets come together in a large, open plaza of marbled stone. Rising in the centre of the plaza is a structure of noble and luminescent pillars which suspend a round, ring-shaped platform twenty feet above the light-studded surface of the pool below. The atmosphere within the structure and around the pool bristles with a warm, electrical energy, giving a slightly disorienting sense of dizziness and euphoria. A gradually ascending stairway winds its way about the inside of the pillars, leading towards the upper level of the structure and offering a bird's eye view of the pool. An enormously wide circular pool, as dark as the night sky, glitters softly between the columns. His form suffused with soft light, the Keeper of the Pool of Stars stands here attentively. A statue of Zenobia the Queen of Queens stands here, memorializing her noble spirit. An imposing sword of radiant white metal has been driven deep into the ground in a silent statement of intent. A mosaic tiled chest stands here, ready to share donations given. There are 10 archons of Eternal Light here. There are 10 cavaliers of the Light here. There are 10 Kusalas of the Tahtetso here. Glowing gently with a soft blue light, a delicate dreamcatcher has been permanently hung here. Glowing with an inner light, a jack-o-lantern depicting a holy Altaira drives away nearby shadows.   191. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. Thick dreamy cotton clouds are spread across the firmament. Along the side of the road, a large panel set into a base of marble depicts a shell with a wide, fanning lip and shallow upwards spiral with thick, short spikes in tints of pink and orange cream, marking this street as Queen Conch, or Strombus Gigas. The road is mosaiced in bits of stone of the shell's colours, ranging from whites, to tans, yellows, and oranges. A statue of Minkahmet stands here, memorialising his noble spirit. A small clump of trash lies upon the ground here, crumpled paper and half-rotten food fouling the city's streets. Playing without a care in the world, a small child is here.

  208. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. A fresh breeze is blowing through the area. Varying greens of plantlife encroach along the side of the road, building into a muffling wall that marks the park apart from the rest of the city. The mosaic patterns of the road shift and spiral in loosely conch-like shapes to lead into the path that slips into the park. That path passes through a small arch of woven iron with shimmering bronze leaves, made to loosely resemble a natural arch. Near the arch, a beautifully painted sign of a golden retriever announces the Retriever Adoption centre. A small grotto of golden coral protectively guards the tidepool within. A statue of Minkahmet stands here, memorialising his noble spirit.

A narrow path winds its way from the street, through the dense vegetation. This end of the park is filled with trees and shrubs that fill the air with a heady scent of juniper and other spicy smells. Through a small clearing can be seen the open park to the east, with its great velvety green grass, and serenely idyllic landscaping.

Wide green expanses of flat, soft grass stretch out at least a strong bowshot in every direction. Deep in the heart of a thriving mass of shoppers, politicians, lovers, craftsmen, and soldiers, this green oasis offers a tranquil respite for all who venture here. The smells of the lush grass and surrounding park are thick in the air.

  259. Pale, watery light floats away from a shield shrine of Carakhan nearby. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. It is warm and quite pleasant. The flat, grassy lawn of the city park slopes gently downwards and then drops abruptly to the edge of a shallow pond. Large, tame, white ducks paddle lazily back and forth, occasionally bobbing their heads below the surface. On the south end of the pond, water lilies create a solid blanket of green which barely breaks the surface of the water. A translucent ghost floats here, wailing in tortured agony.

Here in the north end of the grassy expanse, a section of New Celest is dedicated to the young, and the young at heart. Wood and metal structures are solidly screwed together, to encourage physical activity, fun, and games. One of the more exotic creations is the two-headed dragon. After climbing a ladder, people can hop down the maw of the dragon, spiraling down its tubular body and popping out at the bottom, which is also shaped in the image of a dragon's head. Surrounded by an aura of clarity and calm, a sculpture of the Loving Radiance stands here, captured in blissful repose.

Through a small clearing can be seen the open park to the east, with its great velvety green grass, and serenely idyllic landscaping.

  347. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. It is warm and quite pleasant. Varying greens of plantlife encroach along the side of the road, building into a muffling wall that marks the park apart from the rest of the city. The mosaic patterns of the road shift and spiral in loosely conch-like shapes to lead into the path that slips into the park. That path passes through a small arch of woven iron with shimmering bronze leaves, made to loosely resemble a natural arch. Near the arch, a beautifully painted sign of a golden retriever announces the Retriever Adoption centre. A small grotto of golden coral protectively guards the tidepool within. A statue of Minkahmet stands here, memorialising his noble spirit. Playing without a care in the world, a small child is here.

  363. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. It is warm and quite pleasant. Along the side of the road, a large panel set into a base of marble depicts a shell with a wide, fanning lip and shallow upwards spiral with thick, short spikes in tints of pink and orange cream, marking this street as Queen Conch, or Strombus Gigas. The road is mosaiced in bits of stone of the shell's colours, ranging from whites, to tans, yellows, and oranges. A statue of Minkahmet stands here, memorialising his noble spirit. A small clump of trash lies upon the ground here, crumpled paper and half-rotten food fouling the city's streets.

  379. The Pool of Stars.
  380. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. Meeting in the radiant heart of New Celest, the broad city streets come together in a large, open plaza of marbled stone. Rising in the centre of the plaza is a structure of noble and luminescent pillars which suspend a round, ring-shaped platform twenty feet above the light-studded surface of the pool below. The atmosphere within the structure and around the pool bristles with a warm, electrical energy, giving a slightly disorienting sense of dizziness and euphoria. A gradually ascending stairway winds its way about the inside of the pillars, leading towards the upper level of the structure and offering a bird's eye view of the pool. An enormously wide circular pool, as dark as the night sky, glitters softly between the columns. His form suffused with soft light, the Keeper of the Pool of Stars stands here attentively. A statue of Zenobia the Queen of Queens stands here, memorializing her noble spirit. An imposing sword of radiant white metal has been driven deep into the ground in a silent statement of intent. A mosaic tiled chest stands here, ready to share donations given. There are 10 archons of Eternal Light here. There are 10 cavaliers of the Light here. There are 10 Kusalas of the Tahtetso here. Glowing gently with a soft blue light, a delicate dreamcatcher has been permanently hung here. Glowing with an inner light, a jack-o-lantern depicting a holy Altaira drives away nearby shadows.   425. There is a moderate breeze here. Single blankets of deep glowing fog roll sluggishly along the ground and swirl in the air, the glow ethereal and quixotic. A mass of gigantic trees rise up in a barrier to the outside forces, their bodies glowing an iridescent green as a baritone hum causes the very earth to slightly shudder constantly. The air is damp with moisture, the ever present clouds overhead storming and brewing as the tropical weather causes the trees to reach their multi-colour leaves up towards the heavens. Constant motes of light swirl along the roots of the trees, traveling up along a steep ascent towards a towering mountain that juts up from the earth in the distance.   442. The spherical chamber is formed from a hollow geode comprised of dozens of precious gemstones. Large jagged formations of rubies, sapphires, diamonds and emeralds line the walls and ceiling. The floor has been cut and polished to a brilliant shine, revealing concentric circles of brilliant colours. Upon close examination of the glassy floor, shimmering reflections briefly glide across its smooth surface of wondrous mansions and abodes. A current of electricity continuously runs throughout this mineral wonder, causing tiny sparks to erratically blossom up and down the crystalline formations. Hidden deep within the environment lies a mystic pathway. Shimmering with aetheric energy, a bright glowing portal floats here in midair. Hackles risen, a fierce timberwolf prowls about here. A screech owl is here, surveying the surroundings. There are 2 great brindle mastiffs here. A giant bat hangs here, wings folded about its body and one beady eye open. Set upon a pedestal, a metal suggestion box for the Ascension Gala has been displayed. In the shape of an open palm, a metallic sigil lies here. Stretching out from the ceiling's corners and along the walls, sticky strands of webbing add an air of unease to their surroundings. Covered in bone armour, a furry tarantula crouches here, ready to pounce on unsuspecting prey. A cobalt dragon turtle with cerulean wings rests here, an air of majesty on her features. Massive sapphire feathered wings filling much of the space around him, a golden hippogriff stands here, shimmering with a warm luminescence. Lillirallia Ebonrose, Inquisitor of Wyrden Purity is here. She wields the Deck of the Fae in her left hand. A water elemental churns here, crystal blue waters enveloped in a gentle mist. There are soft, cozy couches and overstuffed chairs, ornate bookcases and several inaccurate, framed maps. Fox imagery is featured throughout the room, in framed pictures, wood panel carvings, tapestries, and in the fine, woven rug. The pale wood of a white-cushioned couch bears the figures of twin stags. There are 2 moss-covered stump chairs here. Its door shut for the sake of company, a tidy butler's closet blends nicely into the wall here.
