- https://montalk.net -- From a recent email correspondence, asking about whether survivalism, self-preservation, and preoccupation with current events is compatible with the Cassiopaean Transcript concept of STO (same thing as Service-to-Others in the Law of One material). My response:
- For what it’s worth, beyond all the talk of politics, conspiracy, alien agendas, paranormal phenomena and alternative history there’s always the perennial background of “The Work” which encompasses proper meditation, seeing through the illusions of the 3rd Density programmed ego, building a positive magnetic center, and so on. Terminology changes with the author/system but the fundamental concepts are shared among the best systems.
- What I’m saying is that at some point the exoteric fringe ’trivia’ stuff can become boring, losing its appeal. I’m guessing because so much of it appeals to a desire for novelty, entertainment, and waiting for some event and that can get old the more promises and predictions fall flat.
- But even if so, the fundamental quest for increasing your FRV (frequency resonance vibration, a.k.a. your "vibes"), spiritual balance, self-mastery, and composure should remain. I think that an STO-directed mindset is something that should be flexible and universal enough that you can “have it” while still being active in 3D life, meaning it’s not something you have to retreat to a cave to do, but more of a mindset and state of consciousness that contextualizes your everyday experiences in a higher perspective and guides what you do in regular life.
- As far as survivalism goes, the way I see it, if you’re storing food and planting gardens and buying snowshoes for the coming ice age, etc. then you’re signaling that you care about self-preservation, so for the “4D STO Graduation Requirement” purists, that’s already a black mark that would bar you from 4D STO candidacy. After all, did the Cassiopaeans not say that being concerned for the body is 3D STS thinking? If so, then there’s barely a line between storing up food and, say, owning a firearm for defense, because both are forms of self-preservation just through different means.
- What people need to remember is that STO is also about maximizing freewill and balance for all. Violating freewill creates an imbalance. But violating the freewill of someone trying to violate freewill of others by stopping him from doing so, that actually preserves balance because those two actions cancel out and freewill of others are safeguarded. That’s why police and military and security guards exist in a free and peaceful society.
- So it stands to reason that it’s possible to use violence in a way that maximizes or at least preserves freewill and balance. Let’s say, a police sniper taking out an active shooter that’s intent on killing a hundred more innocent people. If that sniper says nope, guns are bad, and walks away…then his choice is equivalent to killing those hundred people himself as he wielded the power to save them but didn’t. Since the system’s freewill decreased overall with the snuffing out of a hundred lives, he caused a net increase in STS.
- Moral of the story is, it’s STS to feed STS. So I think the whole STS and STO thing needs to be looked at in a more long term, bigger picture, whole-system approach not just a personal approach, and not just from a moralistic or outward action-based approach. Some forms of violence can go either way for good or bad (shooting someone to stop them) but some are outright sts and demonic and irredeemable (like child rape). So that means not all forms of violence are equal/equivalent, and we shouldn’t conflate them.
- The next thing we should keep in mind, is that while here, we are STS even if we are moving in an STO direction. This simply means that we still have limits that typify 3D STS existence, and that includes having to eat and wear seat belts and put on sun screen, keep a roof over our heads, etc. And yes, when times get tough, that can also mean needing to lock the door, arm yourself if absolutely necessary in order to protect your family and kids and such. The trick is, can you do that without starting to spiritually/emotionally move in an STS direction? Can you avoid the hate, the paranoia, the “what’s mine is mine” mentality and use violence out of duty and compassion for the innocent when necessary? I think even Gandhi said that when nonviolence fails, it’s a moral duty to resist physically if it’s in the name of preserving freedom and dignity and justice.
- Another thing to keep in mind is that if a person truly were to become 100% STO right now, they’d likely flip over to 4D entirely and transcend most of the physics laws and limitations that define 3rd Density existence, meaning they wouldn’t have most of the fragility and logistical limitations we have hence they wouldn’t need to worry as much about self-preservation and economizing their energy and time like we have to.
- The implication is that to the degree you’re still STS, you’ll have to do STS-like things to continue your existence here. If only just the basic things like eating and caring for yourself so that you don’t die of physical neglect.
- And to the degree you get closer to STO, you’ll be freed from having to do those STS-like things because you’ll start living increasingly by 4D-STO-ish rules.
- A simple example of that is when you up your FRV, remove or outshine your negative subconscious programs and false limiting beliefs, and become more ‘divinely’ oriented in your thoughts and feelings, the probability of your life experiences will change towards positive synchs, being in the right place at the right time, crossing paths less with people of a far opposite FRV, and generally what seems like protection and guidance and such.
- So in theory, if you had that to a high level and were able to maintain it permanently, then you wouldn’t need many of the STS-like self-protection and economization measures.
- At some point you probably wouldn’t even need to eat regular food, as has been claimed about various saints and mystics throughout the ages. And at that point, sure you won’t need seatbelt or insurance or means of self-defense either if probability is bent to such a degree that such emergencies are prevented.
- But again… to the degree we’re still STS, we do need contingencies. It’s funny, the people arguing against any kind of prepping or self-defense probably still wear seatbelts when they drive due to fear of accidents or getting pulled over. I bet they still pay insurance. That’s kind of contradictory in my view, because then they’re admitting that they’re still in self-preservation and fear mode and that the only reason they’re dismissing the more ‘extreme’ stuff is because they live in a lucky bubble that allows them that luxury, but things can change quickly if SHTF in some way. They’re not being virtuous by doing that, they’re just indicating that they live a sheltered existence that affords them that ignorance, like those politicians with armed guards and gated communities who try to get everyone else to disarm since no civilized person needs self-defense, etc.
- Further, even if one had a medium-high FRV right now, there are ways and times when that can be knocked down. For instance, a beloved family member who isn’t at that level, has something terrible happen to them, maybe they die. Would one be able to maintain a balanced inner state in the face of that? Or say SHTF and while you still get lucky, things are dire enough that you go without food for a day or two, all while trying to figure out where to go and what to do. Would you become fuzzy headed and cranky and filled with fear by the end of it? Maybe, and if so, then some of that synchro protection could start dropping.
- Therefore, when it comes to basic preps and defense, better to have and not need than vice versa. Your main challenge then is having these as contingencies but simultaneously working to shift closer and closer toward STO (even though you’re still STS) so that the likelihood of needing to use these preps goes down. That is, you shift from the “law of the jungle” existence to the “synchronistic harmonization” existence as best as you can, while having contingencies for the remainder. Mainly through change of being.
- The catch is that if the ego thinks it’s being more STO (by being ‘holy’ and ’saintly’ and virtue signaling) but isn’t actually due to having a low FRV mode of being, which is something you find in some New Agers and hypocritical Christians, then nothing will change for them probabilistically. If they outwardly imitate what an STO being might do, let’s say walk through a dangerous area without protection, or even trying not to eat for a month since "a true light being can just subsist on prana," well that usually backfires because they haven’t changed their internal radio dial, so to speak, so they get a rude wake-up call sooner or later. It's putting cart before the horse. Outward actions without inner shifting of being/mindset/FRV is counterfeit.
- In other words, you have to truly *be*, before you can truly *do*. I think it comes down to distinguishing what internally comes from the lower centers (chakras) versus the higher centers, identifying and transmuting your false and limiting beliefs (which come from 3rd density programming, neg entity attachments, suppressed traumas, etc.), and doing your best to align with the impulses and realizations of the higher emotional and higher intellectual centers.
- I get the impression that some people have forgotten about the higher emotional center part, i.e. the heart, maybe because they’re so hung up on awareness and objectivity that they think that’s all that’s needed, not to mention being turned off by the virtue signalers and New Agers and such who project a sappy fake kind of ‘heart’ which is just the lower emotional center and ego patting itself on the head. Well, throwing baby out with the bathwater isn’t helpful. Without practicing intuition, compassion, goodwill, optimism, and gratitude (in combination with wisdom and discernment) there’s no ‘warmth’ driving the internal transmutation process. I mean, the fact that you can practice these things and watch both internal and external (probabilistic) changes occur pretty much proves that this is an important aspect to FRV change. Or put another way, how is it that we are to change our *being* without changing our *feeling*?
- We also need to keep in mind the physical + etheric + astral + spirit model of the human being. Rudolf Steiner and others have talked about how esoteric training changes these from the top down. That is, spirit transmutes astral, then etheric, then finally physical. Where the physical is the hardest part to transmute. The astral is the seat of our passions, impressions, and feelings. Transmuting that therefore must involve the emotional centers, emotional energies. Not by simply shutting off the lower emotional centers, but turning the higher emotional ones on. Transmuting the etheric probably leads to clairvoyant effects and anti or reverse aging. And transmuting the physical would be a 3D to 4D conversion of the body, like the thing about Buddha disappearing in a flash of light in a Obi Wan kind of way, or Fulcanelli entering a kind of nonlinear time existence.
- Overall I’d say that for survival, common sense measures are the wise and responsible thing to do, to the degree that we’re still STS (and others we’re responsible for still are) and have STS-associated vulnerabilities (like running out of energy and money when giving too much, frailty of the body, existing in same environment as STS predators, and so on). It's for the same reasons we keep fire extinguishers on hand and wear seatbelts when driving. I mean, what if you store up food with the intention that you’re not just trying to save yourself, but neighbors and family and such when things get rough? What if you make defensive preps not just to save yourself, but protect innocent men, women and children when super-predators start roaming the streets in a grid-down situation? Is that not ’serving others’ in a way? If not, then that's arguing for anarchy and survival of the fittest which is the law of the jungle and hence STS. And for a 4D/5D/6D STO wanderer incarnating into 3D STS life as a human, is the purpose of doing so solely to back out again? Or is it to assist balance by using the means and opportunities available to us here in 3D?
- Whatever the case, doing those preps isn’t mutually exclusive with doing a daily esoteric training regimen aimed at internal transmutation and harmonizing your thoughts and feelings with higher objectivity and divinity.
