You understand that your employment with the Los Santos Fire & Medical Department is on an "at will" basis and that the executive officials of the Los Santos Fire & Medical Department may terminate your relationship with the Los Santos Fire & Medical Department at any time. You understand that your employment may be terminated at any time if information on this application is discovered to be false. Furthermore, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Los Santos Fire & Medical Department as well as by the orders of employees appointed above you. You understand and affirm that dismissal from the Los Santos Fire & Medical Department also carries a potentially permanent barring from employment with the Los Santos Fire & Medical Department.
