Broly:
- Buff: Gigantic Pummel now activates when he's hit at the preparation phase, preventing him
  from losing a power bar should he not get hit.
  Nerf: However, his Super Armor's nullified when the reversal animation is near its end.
- Nerf: Super Armor in his tag and X-Over states is nullified.

Black Widow:
- Partner's X-Over version of Heavy Artillery ends much sooner.

Batsu:
- Zenkai Kiai Dan has the damage dampener.
- Diagonal version of Zenkai Kiai Dan knocks opponents to the ground.

Heracross/Heracros:
- Aerial Ace ends sooner but deals more damage to compensate.

Marisa:
- Partner X-Over Version of Master Sparks ends much sooner.

Norimaro:
- Buff: Hyper Strong Miracle Treasure's superpause starts much sooner.
- Buff: Ultra Variety Private Memories superpause starts sooner.
- Hyper Strong Miracle Treasure's projectiles now have the proper attribute, preventing them
  from getting deflected by fighters such as Rose, Jubilee, Fox and Falco.
