[18:26] <Jasper> "I guess being a teacher gets boring, they need to spice it up somehow. Not that I approve"

[18:28] <Jasper> "So like I said. Somewhere in this cave system is some kind of beast for us to hunt. Once we accomplish that we make our way to a hunter camp."

[18:29] <Jasper> "bad news is that the only thing marked on this map is the camp, It doesn't say where the creature is or, more importantly, where we are."
[18:30] <Christopher> "So we sit here an use little lamb as bait or..."
[18:31] <Jasper> "If either of you have experience with cartography or orientation, now's the time to shot it."
[18:32] <Christopher> "I got some, but not enough to help us in this kind of situation."
[18:33] <Christopher> "Not knowing your starting point kinda kills that."
[18:33] * Seram raises a hand. "I mean, I have a little experience reading maps."
[18:34] * Seram makes a closing gesture with 'her' thumb and finger. "Just a little, though."

[18:34] <Jasper> "Maybe we can figure out where we are though, look around and try to figure out the chamber we're in and see if we can match it with somewhere on the map"

[18:36] <~DarkSunDuelist> It's mid-morning, so the sun is shining into the cave.
[18:36] <Seram> "Mind if I take a look?"

[18:38] * Jasper looks around to see how many exits there are in the current chamber
[18:38] * Seram examines the map closely
[18:41] <~DarkSunDuelist> There is one exit. This cave is relatively small, and surprisingly dry.
[18:43] <~DarkSunDuelist> You look at the map, and find a few short mountains on the western side. There is a large forest in the middle, with a number of streams feeding into a lake on the northeastern side, near the Hunter's camp.
[18:43] <~DarkSunDuelist> A strip of plain lands takes up the northern edge of the map, and the south is eaten by more trees.

[18:58] <Jasper> "So If I was a betting lass, I'd say the thing we're looking for is either in the big forest or the lake

[19:02] * Seram whispers. "Look like we're on the right track."

[19:03] * Christopher looks around for any movment other than their own
