- Hyuuga, Kizume nods her head and heads off to the next, and probably the most boring task. To sit in on a meeting and take note.
- Hyuuga, Kizume soon headed out into the village where she would then follow up on her next assignment. To sit in on a meeting and take note of it...So, she would enter the community building of housing, to hear out the villagers needs... Though she was not apart of the meeting, it was nice to know that she could, in some way, be apart of something bigger than herself, and outside of her clans needs.
- "We have to lower the price of rent," said one of the tenants.
- But the manager argued, "The prices will stay the same, because this entire facility does have its own bills to pay after all..."
- One of the other people who has lived in the apartments for over twenty years then added. "But the prices change every five years... I've looked into the bills, and they've stayed the same! This feels more like a money grab if anything! And We're sick of it!"
- Someone else yelled, "Yeah! 4,000 yen a month feels like its beyond too much for a simple single bed-room apartment! I mean who do you think we are?! The rich guys with unlimited funds to donate to this cheesy place?!"
- Clearly the people were outraged, but Kizume took note of it all... She did not want to miss any of it either... There was some tea to be spilled, and a lot of information that might be useful later on.
- "If anything... We'll have to increase the funds this year again," said the house manager...
- But at that moment, every one of the tenards signed and displayed emotions of anger... Some wanted out of their lease right now. "Then it is true then! That extra two thousand we've been paying was just one huge paycheck for you! Wasn't it?!" The man demands an answer, and nothing short of the reason behind the apartment managers actions.
- But as for Kizume, she'd continue this D rank assignment, taking note of the villager's concerns.
- Hyuuga, Kizume continued to take note from this point on... But hearing the complaints of these villagers began to grow rather annoying.. However, she did as she was isntructed, and continued to take note of their concerns as the meeting went on.
- "We don't want to keep paying for this expensive rent!"
- "Then move out!"
- "You own half the villages housing, where are we supposed to go?!" One woman complained to prove the point of another. That's when people angrily replied with her.
- "Yeah, speaking of... HOW can you always be short on money, when you have a constant income, sourcing from almost every shinobi and non shinobi within the walls? That just doesn't add up!"
- The housing manager replied... "We have needs to fullfill."
- A tenant shouted, "Yeah! Needs of your personal life, I seen you take a vacation in a nice resort! I even have the pictures right here!"
- People were shocked to find out the truth, and because of that, the housing manager had to withdraw... "I... Will lower the rent down by half, to its original starting proce..." The man was caught, and Kizume took note of this, though she wouldn't have to arrest him due to this eing a civil dispute. So, from that point on, she would take her note book, close it out and make her way to the Hokages mansion.
- Hyuuga, Kizume sighed, for the truth itself was now revealed, and couldn't be streched any further... "Well, well, well," she said to herself... This was one politcal meeting that she did not expect to find herself on... Listening to the peoples complaints... Though, for her, meetings like this should've came easier right? She was after all, a diplomat for he rown clan BUT... Most times, those meetings turned out more civil than most ever could... There was some shouting but it never broke their codes of honor... There was never any fighting, but just words of wisdom being passed on from the Main branch and onto the side branches of the clan.
- "Sometimes I wonder if I should even take notes like this from other political eladers... if anything, they seem like the ones that should be taking note... I'd say..." Kizume got up from her seat as the meeting came to an end.... From here, should would mark the mission as a success though it was boring. She had to make due with what she had.
- "I'll report this back to lady Mayumi and hope that she sees it the way I and these people do... A greedy landlord making his people pay more than double their rent to fullfill his own personal needs."
