Our server is not held responsible for any incident on the server. However, We are not responsible for things we actually did like plugin management. Any Illegal Activity on the server will be dealt with most severly. Our Server is copyright under the United States F.B.I and any violators will be Prosecuted.
We are not held liable for hacking and such. All users using nodus and Other Hacking clients will be banned immediatly, No Questions Asked. All Griefing Teams will be Investigated by our Console and we Will post the Griefing team's Username on the MCF to prevent other servers from being attacked. Please do not mention anything about these terms and Conditions. I just made them up in my head! :D We soon will have another server.
