- 1. Put the following as the default c++ formatting configuration in
- c:\Users\<username>\.clang-format (note the dot)

- Language: Cpp
- # Force pointers to the type for C++.

- PointerAlignment: Left
- 2. From an open file in msvs, clang-format options should show up under the Tools menu.
