You can do this via modsecurity.
Sorry, i'm not expert. Please provide me step so i can add on modsecurity.
Modsecurity method - depends on ruleset used and requires root access to change but should have a central "user agents blacklist" file that you just put the useragent in to.

.htaccess / rewrite method:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} okhttp [NC]
RewriteRule .* - [F,L]
if it is the only rewrite don't forget to add "RewriteEngine On" above that.
