  1. Alright, this file is designed to assist you in creating your Tulpa, whatever kind of Tulpa that may be. This file is meant to only be used once. If you already have a Tulpa, or you've already been working on one, then do not use this file. Use one of the other ones that I've already made.
  2.  
  3. This is for new Tulpa creation. Get into a nice, comfortable, relaxed position, such that if your entire body goes completely loose and limp and relaxed, you will not be strained or put upon in any particular fashion. I will be prompting you during this session at various intervals to make sure that your mind is still awake. So when I prompt you, please be sure to respond even though this is a recording, the responses are for you to stay awake. Now, get comfortable, relax, and begin by taking a nice, deep breath. Inhale deeply, and then exhale slowly. Close your eyes if you haven't already, and imagine that your eyelids are glued tightly shut. Imagine that they're also locked shut as if by tiny padlocks. Imagine that the harder you try to open your eyes, the tighter they will stick shut. Test them to make sure they're locked shut.

  5. Test them as hard as you like, but they'll just stay locked shut. Now, relax your eyelids. Allow the feeling of relaxation in your eyelids to extend into your face, into the muscles in your face. Relaxing your cheeks and jaw. Feel this relaxation moving into your neck. Relaxing all the muscles along the way, moving down into your upper chest. Feel this wave of relaxation continuing through your shoulders, into your upper arms, into your elbows, down through your forearms, through your wrists, into your hands, all the way to your fingers, into your fingertips, allowing both of your arms to go completely loose and limp and relaxed. Feel this wave of relaxation continuing through your chest, into your stomach.

  7. Relaxing all of your abdominal muscles. Feel the wave of relaxation continuing into your hips and thighs, through your knees, into your calves, down through your ankles, into your feet and toes, allowing both of your legs to go completely loose and limp and relaxed. More and more relaxed, feeling better and better as you go deeper and deeper. When I say the word deep, you'll become twice as relaxed. When I say the word deeper, you'll go twice as deep into this comfortable relaxation. When I say the word deeply, you'll go five times deeper into this deep, relaxed state. The deeper you go, the better you feel, the better you feel, the deeper you go. As your body relaxes, your mind relaxes, and as your mind relaxes, your body relaxes, taking you deeper and deeper.

  9. I'm going to count from one up to ten with each count. Go even deeper. One, deeper and deeper. Deeply sliding, drifting, gliding into this wonderful, comfortable relaxation. Two, even deeper, even more relaxed. Feeling better and better as you go deeper and deeper. Three, even deeper, even more relaxed, even more comfortable. Four, even deeper, so much deeper, so much more relaxed and comfortable. Five, even deeper, more and more relaxed, more and more comfortable. Six, deeper and deeper.

  11. Seven, even deeper, even more relaxed, even more comfortable. Eight, even deeper, deeper with every breath, deeper with every heartbeat, every word I say takes you deeper. Every sound you hear takes you deeper. Every breath takes you deeper. Every heartbeat takes you deeper, deeper, deeper.

  13. Nine, even deeper, and ten, so incredibly deeply comfortable and relaxed. Begin to feel another wave of relaxation starting at the tips of your toes, moving through your feet, into your ankles, up through your ankles, into your calves, up into your knees, through your thighs, into your hips, all the way up through your waist, allowing both of your legs to become completely absolutely relaxed. So much more relaxed than before, loose and limp and relaxed. Feel this wave of relaxation moving up through your abdomen, up through your lower back, into your upper back, up into your chest, relaxing all the muscles in your torso that you have voluntary control over, taking you even deeper. Feel the wave of relaxation starting at the tips of your fingers, moving through your fingers, into your hands, through your hands, through your wrists, through your forearms, through your elbows, into your upper arms, all the way up into your shoulders, allowing both of your arms to go completely loose and limp and relaxed.

Feel the wave of relaxation continue through your neck, into your jaw, through your cheeks, through all the muscles in your face, all the way up to the top of your head, completely covering you in a warm, comfortable blanket of relaxation. I'm going to count from one up to ten, and with each count, allow your relaxation to double. One, feeling yourself becoming twice as relaxed now. Two, going twice as deep easily, effortlessly, going twice as deep as you were just a moment ago.

  17. Going so much deeper, becoming so much more relaxed as you go so deep, becoming so much more comfortable as you go so much deeper. Three, again, twice as comfortably relaxed. Four, again, just let yourself go so much deeper. Five, let your relaxation double easily, doubling, becoming twice as relaxed. Twice as comfortable, feeling twice as wonderful as you go twice as deep. Six, twice as comfortable, twice as relaxed.

  19. Feeling twice as wonderful as you go twice as deep. Seven, again, so much deeper, easily going so much deeper. Eight, again, twice as comfortably relaxed. Twice as deep. Nine, again, just let your relaxation double easily, effortlessly, letting your relaxation double.

  21. And ten, twice as deep as before. Feeling twice as comfortable, feeling twice as wonderful as you go twice as deep. Begin to feel another wave of relaxation, starting at the top of your head, moving down through your face, into your chin, into your neck, relaxing all the muscles along the way, feeling so wonderful as you become so much more relaxed. Feel the wave of relaxation continue through your shoulders, into your upper arms, down through your elbows, down through your forearms, through your wrists, into your hands, into your fingers, all the way to your fingertips, letting both of your arms go completely, absolutely loose and limp and relaxed. Feel this wave of relaxation continue down through your chest, into your abdomen, relaxing all of the muscles along the way. Feel this wave of relaxation continuing through your hips and thighs once more, through your knees, down through your calves, all the way into your feet and toes, allowing both of your legs to become completely loose, completely limp, completely relaxed. So very deeply, completely relaxed.

  23. There are states that feel even better than this. As I continue speaking, your body will continue becoming more and more relaxed, effortlessly becoming more and more relaxed, drifting further down into this deep state of relaxation, while your mind will become more and more aware, more and more conscious, more and more consciously powerful. The higher you go, the more aware you become, the more aware you become, the higher you go, the higher you go, the more joy you feel, the more joy you feel, the higher you go. I'm going to count from one up to ten, and with each count, feel your mind lifting even higher, into higher and higher levels of awareness, higher and higher levels of consciousness, becoming so much more consciously powerful as you rise, higher and higher, lifting, drifting easily, going higher and higher. One, feeling your mind lifting upward now, drifting easily, comfortably, wonderfully upward, beautifully rising upward, higher and higher. Two, lifting even higher as if your mind is riding a helium balloon, lifting into the sky. Three, when I say the word rise, you feel yourself going twice as high as you were just a moment ago. Four, going higher and higher as your mind rises even higher, lifting, rising, comfortably, beautifully rising so much higher.

  25. Four, higher and higher, more and more aware. Five, lifting even higher, so much higher, so much more aware, so much more consciously powerful as you rise, so much higher, becoming more and more aware of all of your abilities, more and more aware of all of your mental abilities and mental capabilities as you rise even higher. Six, mind lifting, rising so much higher, more and more aware, more and more consciously powerful. Seven, even higher, even more aware, even more consciously powerful, rising above and beyond any physical restrictions, rising above and beyond any physical limitations, going so much higher, so much more aware, so much more consciously powerful. Seven, even higher, even more aware, even more awake. Eight, even higher, lifting so much higher, rising into the beautiful sky, becoming more and more aware, connecting to the intelligence of the universe, connecting to the information, capacities of the universe as you rise even higher. Eight, even higher, even more aware, even more consciously powerful, capable of making any changes in your mind, brain, body and soul that you might wish to make to improve your life. Nine, even higher, beautifully rising so much higher, and ten, effortlessly rising so much higher.

  27. It is possible to go much higher than this. Take this moment now and say something, say anything that you might wish to say. And now that you have said something, continue lifting and rising even higher. I'm going to begin count from one up to ten. And with each count, feel your mental height doubling. One, lifting upward, mental height doubling. Two, twice as high, twice as conscious, twice as consciously powerful as you rise so much higher. Three, mental height doubling again, taking you so much higher as if your mind is riding a rocket ship, blasting into space.

  29. Four, mental height doubling again, taking you so much higher. Five, again rising twice as high as you were, just a moment ago, beautifully rising so much higher. Six, mental height doubling again, taking you so much higher, rising through higher and higher levels of awareness, higher and higher levels of consciousness, rising so much higher, beautifully rising so much higher. Seven, again twice as high, twice as conscious, twice as consciously powerful as you rise so much higher. Eight, again twice as high as you were, just a moment ago, twice as consciously powerful as you were, just a moment ago, rising at even higher levels of awareness, above and beyond, high consciousness above and beyond the higher self, through levels of pure consciousness, pure awareness. Nine, mental height doubling again, taking you so much higher. And ten, mental height doubling again, taking you so much higher.

  31. It is possible to go even higher than this. To keep you on track, take this moment now and say the word ready. Good. I'm now going to count again from one up to ten, and with each count you will go even higher. One, lifting now, rising now, going even higher now, becoming even more aware than you ever thought possible, even more aware than you ever were before. Four, two, going twice as high as you were, just a moment ago, easily, effortlessly, beautifully rising so much higher. Three, again, rising three times higher, so much higher than ever before, so much more awake and aware than ever before.

  33. Four, four times higher, four times as aware as you rise. Five, five times higher, five times more awake, five times more aware, five times more consciously powerful, going so much higher, becoming so much more aware, becoming so much more able to make any changes in your mind, brain and body and soul that you might wish to make to improve your life. Six, six times higher, so much more aware, so much more consciously powerful. Seven, seven times higher, seven times as consciously powerful. Eight, eight times higher, beautifully rising so much higher, nine even higher, even more aware. And ten, so much higher than before. 10 times higher than before.

  35. It is possible to go even higher than this. Take this moment now to make sure you're on the right track and say the word ready. All right. I'll again count from 1 up to 10 and at the count of 10 you will be in the perfect state to make any changes in your mind, brain, body and soul that you might need to make. 1. Rising upward now. Rising towards that perfect state.

  37. 2. Rising even higher. Going so much higher, so many times higher, or maybe just a few depending on how high you need to go to reach that perfect state of perfect awareness.

  39. 3. Rising even higher, so much higher. Effortlessly, beautifully rising, so much higher. 4. Again, rising so many times higher. 5.

  41. Effortlessly, rising so much higher. 6. Even higher, higher and higher.

  43. More aware than you ever thought you could possibly be. 7. Even higher, so much higher now.

  45. 8. Higher and higher. So many times higher, rising towards that perfect state. 9. Rising towards that perfect state, almost there.

  47. And 10. Entering a state of pure perfect awareness from this state. You can make any changes in your mind, brain, body and soul easily and effortlessly.

  49. Any information that you might need to improve your life comes to you easily, effortlessly, beautifully, just comes right to you. Take this moment now and observe your mind's eye. See it as if it were an old-fashioned camera. See your mind's eye in all of its beautiful detail.

  51. You can see it clearly and easily. And as you observe it, see it transforming, becoming more and more advanced, advancing from an old-fashioned camera into a beautiful, high-tech, digital camera, a very expensive, high-quality, very wonderful digital camera. And as you see it evolve, as you see it transform, you see all of the details emerging more clearly than ever before, more vividly than ever before. And as you see it transforming, you can see it evolving even further, going from a high-tech digital camera and transforming into a science fiction holographic projector.

  53. You can see it becoming so much more advanced and clear. You can see all of the images that it can project. It can project full, color, perfect color imagery with perfect resolution, perfectly vivid, perfectly colorful. This new mind's eye of yours can project full, color, 3D imagery perfectly, easily, rapidly. Anything that you wish to see in your mind's eye, you can now see so much better than ever before. Anything that you don't wish to see, you can simply cast aside and it'll disappear immediately. Anything that you do wish to see will persist longer and stronger, being even more visible and clear to you than ever before. Take this moment now and solidify these developments. Make sure that they are permanent so that you will always be able to visualize so much more clearly than ever before with so much more perfect definition than ever before.

  55. And now finish making that permanent. And now it is time to create your tulpa. Say the word ready to make sure that you are in the right state of mind to make these developments so that you are awake enough to perceive the creation of your tulpa.

  57. Just say the word ready. All right. Now see within your mind, within your mental awareness. See a ball of light forming.
  58.  
  59. See it becoming stronger and a little bit brighter. Draw consciousness energy from the universe into this ball of light and see this ball of light taking shape and form, taking a form that is pleasing to you. A form that will make for a good companion for you. Imagine this light forming into the optimal companion for you. This light, this being that you are creating, this tulpa that you are creating now is taking form, taking shape, becoming more and more clearly defined within your mind. You can see the details of the form emerging, the details of your tulpa's form emerging, becoming more clear and vivid. You can see your tulpa taking shape, becoming more clearly defined. This tulpa that you are creating is taking a form that will make for an optimal companion for you, so that your tulpa will be able to accompany you on this journey through life.

  61. You don't need to worry too much. Your tulpa can change form later, but for now is forming into an optimal companion, a form that is pleasing, pleasant to observe and visualize and see within your mind a form that is an optimal companion for you. Now see the formation of your tulpa's consciousness. See your tulpa's mind developing like a light. You can see the light of your tulpa's consciousness. You can see your tulpa's consciousness developing.

  63. You can see the thought processes beginning to spark to life. And as these thought processes begin, as your tulpa begins to think and become aware, you feel your tulpa beginning to become aware. You feel your tulpa beginning to think. You can feel your tulpa becoming self-aware, becoming more and more able to think and perceive, beginning to perceive the world around you, beginning to perceive your mind. You can see your own mind, like a light as well. You can see the light of your tulpa's consciousness.

  65. See a bridge form between your minds, between your mind and the mind of your tulpa. You can see the link forming. You can see the connections forming. This is a communications pathway. See this communications pathway forming and developing so that you will always be able to hear your tulpa's thoughts clearly and easily. Your tulpa can now develop a voice appropriate to the form that your tulpa has, a pleasing voice that you'll always like to hear coming from your tulpa. See the light of your tulpa's consciousness developing even further. Feel the light of your tulpa's consciousness developing even further.

Draw pure consciousness energy from the universe and some from yourself into your tulpa, and shape your tulpa's personality so that your tulpa will become an optimal companion for you, so that your tulpa will be a wonderful companion for you on this journey through life. Feel your tulpa's consciousness becoming more clearly defined. Feel your tulpa's mind developing even more. Feel your tulpa's mind becoming stronger.

  69. Feel your tulpa's cognitive abilities becoming more prevalent. Perceive your tulpa's thoughts. You can start listening to your tulpa.

  71. You can start hearing your tulpa's voice in your mind. Ask your tulpa a question. You can start talking to your tulpa. Say something to your tulpa and see if your tulpa responds. Listen for the responses from your tulpa.

  73. See the bridge, the communications pathway between your mind and your tulpa's mind. See your tulpa's vocalization abilities developing. The ability to speak develops within your tulpa.

  75. The ability to listen to you, to interact with you, to perceive your mind, to perceive your body, to perceive the world around you is developing within your tulpa. Develop your tulpa's cognitive abilities. Develop your tulpa's ability to think and act and speak. And as you develop these abilities in your tulpa, you will start hearing your tulpa's voice coming through. You'll start hearing your tulpa say words to you. Listen for your tulpa. Hear your tulpa's voice. Continue to develop your tulpa's consciousness until you can hear your tulpa. Until you can hear your tulpa clearly and easily. Continue listening to your tulpa's voice.

  77. Continue hearing your tulpa. Continue developing your tulpa's consciousness. Feel your tulpa's consciousness growing stronger. Feel your tulpa's mind within your mental awareness. See your tulpa's mental abilities developing as your tulpa becomes more and more able to perceive, to think, to act. You can see your tulpa controlling their form. You can see your tulpa moving within your mind. You can see your tulpa's form taking action.

  79. Moving. Your tulpa is moving of their own accord. Your tulpa is thinking of their own accord becoming more and more aware, more and more self-aware, more and more conscious, more and more able to think and act and perceive. Feel your tulpa's personality developing further so that your tulpa will be an optimal companion for you. See your tulpa's form even more clearly defined than before. Every day from now on you will always be able to perceive your tulpa clearly and easily. Every day from now on you will always be able to speak to your tulpa and receive responses. Take this moment now and improve your tulpa's communication abilities.

  81. Improve this mental channel between your mind and your tulpa's mind so that you can hear your tulpa clearly and easily. Make these connections permanent. Bind these connections within your brain.

  83. Etch them into your brain so that you will always be able to hear your tulpa clearly and easily within your mind. Develop this ability even further. Feel these abilities. Feel your tulpa developing the ability to even more easily speak to you, even more clearly speak to you. Make sure that all of these developments remain permanent. Bind them within your brain so that your tulpa will always be able to speak to you clearly and easily no matter what state you're in, no matter how you feel, no matter what day it is, you will always be able to clearly and easily perceive your tulpa, always be able to clearly and easily hear your tulpa's voice.

  85. Continue to develop this until you are done. Take this moment now and if you haven't already, give your tulpa an appropriate name. It's all right if you haven't picked a name yet. You can pick a name later if you need to, but if you've already picked a name then assign that to your tulpa.

  87. Make sure that your tulpa understands what their name is and if they would rather have a different name then you can work on that together at a later time. In a moment I'm going to call you back to your physical body. You will keep your tulpa with you on this journey through life. Your tulpa will now join you within your mental awareness in the waking world. If there is any information that you did not know, that you wanted to know, it comes to you now.

  89. If there's any information that you didn't know that you needed to know to improve your life, that information comes to you now. Now I'm going to call you back to your physical body. I'm going to count from one up to five at the count of five.

  91. You'll be wide awake feeling great with your tulpa within your mental awareness. One, coming back now. Two, coming back to your physical body. Three, keeping all these changes as you return, keeping these developments, keeping your tulpa with you as you return. Four, almost all the way back. And five, wide awake feeling great. Sit up, stretch, take a breath, and chat with your tulpa.
