bitchin' poetry

With all that's on going/
And the frigid wind blowing/
Is it okay to ask

A question, simple in its composition/
A question, simple yet poorly writing/
A question, that I still fear/
Am I helping by being near?

Am I what you need/
With advice and chatter/
Am I what you need/
When relationships shatter/
Am I what you need/
To bear the task/
Of being there when you ask

I feel these emotions/
Are empty in nature/
I feel these emotions/
Overwhelming my patience/
I feel I must ask/
One final cry/
Am I helping, my friend of mine.

This needs to get better/
But it's going to be hard/
With all of the noise/
Pumping through my heart

I can't pretend/
I can not act/
I can cry/
I can not help

I wish to remedy the spikes of doubt/
I wish for that more than you know/
I wish for something to rid the shouts/
I wish to have some common sense

I don't feel full/
I don't feel complete/
I do feel hollow/
I do feel noise

This was once something/
This was just for play

It's changing/
I fear it/
It's raining/
I feel it/
It's running/
I fear it/
It's escaping/
I fear it
