A Rank - Investigating El'Qaral Again

Kagami, Jin looking at Nakami, Jin would hand him an empty scroll, as well as a ticket to give the bird-keeper for a messanger bird, "If the High Lord shows up, write me... I will keep you updated, just incase someone does show up," said Jin as he waits for Nakami to reply... This would be somewhat of a long term mission, but Jin had a hunch, feeling that something did not feel right when he last visited El'Qaral.

"I'll be going North to try and find any tracks, then towards Falena's settlement, maybe I can get some answers, about the migration of those few survivors, I have to follow up from my previous mission." Jin spoke in a calm manner.

Kagami, Jin nodding his head, Jin goes to pat Nakami on the shoulder... Without another word, he took his leave, heading towards the docks so that he would be able to travel by water... Jin had to make sure that the trade route was clear, and by doing so, he ran the risk of exposing not just his identity but the connection he has with Zexen... This was the purpose of him going alone, just in case a sticky situation would spring up.
ANBU Agent traveling far out of the village, the young lad would have to go and examine the three destroyed houses just north of the land known as Zexen.. Jin didn't think too much of it, but he would look into the design, the destruction of which caused the homes to fall... So he opened the first door, looking into the storage of the three...

"There isn't much here, guess this place was abandonned long ago.." Jin said to himself, now rubbing the back of his head.. He would try and erase his foot steps by brushing in the dirt... He felt the ground, utilizing his sensory abilities to try and snuff out any near by travelers or any large chakras.

From there, Jin would use his sense of direction, to travel on west, looking to make his return, to El'Qaral where he would go and search for any scrolls within the ruin... "Let's see, what this mission will bring," Jin said to himself.
ANBU Agent traveling west, out in the heat of the desert, young Jin had to come to a stop, as much as he did not enjoy post poning the trip. Like all other humans, he had to eat something, camping out for the night where he would take his rest, just within a cave under a high hill of dirt and sand... He would go and take notes from this..

"Day three, the route to El'Qaral has never been so, destructive to ones mentality... I suppose this is a toll I'd have to pay, for traveling alone.." The young poet wrote, now heading off to bed...

The very next morning, he would travel at the very rise of the sun, the very second an inch of light touched his face... He woke up, packing his things, as he searched for a river route, unable to map anything near for him to travel by sea... So he would have to continue on foot for now.
ANBU Agent now climbing the walls of El'Qaral, jumping from the ghost towns wall, onto the High Lords palace, in which case, Jin would slide down... Using this as a guide of speed, he would then leap from the highest roof, down to the second story and finally onto the dead land of the village...

"El'Qaral, a once great nation lead by generations of wise leaders... How did it come to this?" Jin asked himself while infiltrating the village.. He would have wondered on into the more obvious areas, he had to check each and every house... Then, he would go to their famed library, to see if he could find any wisdom within this land.

"If the Crimson Light's only intension was to kill, then, there should be something left, some sign, some kind of scroll for our village to inherit... And if I can find just a slimme rof a trace, it would be all the more helpful to my cause..." Jin spoke to himself in a calm manner, silent, and under his own breath, continuing his search.

Kagami, Jin venturing throughout the village, the young lad had but one final place to check... He would first discovery the bodies still decomposing of course, but this was a clue that's been rattling his mind for a while, it was as if those pikes meant something to him.. Jin thought to himself, 'Is this some form of ritual?... Like summoning, would it require a blood sacrifice?... What are they trying to accomplish?' the young teen thought to himself...

Not too long after would he have entered square of the settlement, going from building to building, seeing the horrific faces of the dead, children, men and women... Their final moments were those of agony, nothing to compare to any genjutsu, this was reality, a real life event happening right before the young soldiers eyes...

"They leave nothing, not even the life of a cock-roach would be sparred by these people... What is their end-game?" Jin asked himself before stepping on the arm of a corpses... His eyes peered at what seemed to be a scroll within the hand of this civilian... "He died, fighting?" Jin asked himself, kneeling down to find what seemed to be a clue... The letter would read out..

One of the notes would read out something like a list, as if they were marking off destination points... He saw that El'Qaral was marked off as one spot already taken care of and then, he saw something bizarre... "W-what?!" he panics in thought as he came across the name of Zexen, his home nation, soon to be next on that very list and with that came one final letter, a grim reminder that the Crimson Dawn left no marks without a few traps.

"My name is Koramu...Whoever finds this letter must be snooping around my playground..I suggest you leave this place before its to late..You never know I could already be watching you," Jin read out, turning around in panic...

"I must get out of here, and now..." The young shinobi began to perform a set of hand signs, his eyes set on the route he took upon entering the settlement.
Poe // Komaru grunted as he waited for the man, The letter was right. He was always watching.

"An Anbu suit I see...I suggest I can kill you now but wheres the fun in that when you can tell everyone about my arrival. Now remember this face...For it may be the last you ever see it..Mwahaha..MWAHAHAHAHAH!"

CRASH! A Loud crack of lightning boomed down infront of the Anbu before Komaru was gone in a instant.

The Scare Tatic always worked.
ANBU Agent now on his route to try and flee from El'Qaral, a land in which has met the face and wrath of death, those who believed the world to be vampires... These hypocrites, they who suckle the life from the very nature of humanity... Jin was cautious, scouting the kand, until...

He had came across a strange figure! He didn't even sense the precense of this man, and it was he, the one who wrote the letter and left such obvious clues to begin with. It was Komaru, and from the moment he would lay first sight upon the man, hearing his threatening voice, Jin came to a halt----

But, just like the very second this man has appeared, he vanished, not without leaving yet another mental scar upon Jin... He had no time to think, lightning was quick, faster than what he could react to... and so, the teen was knocked back, falling, tumbling and rolling...

Coughing up, shooken by the shockwave from the lightnings impact, "He damn near killed me at that moment... Is he there?" Jin peeks up, wondering what he would see, ready to fight.
Poe // Not a single sound or word could be heard after the impact.
ANBU Agent looking into the sand, hearing nor seeing anything... Jin had to hurry and collect himself, "I must alert the High Lord... The other nations as well," he soon took his leave, even though the voyage was far and wide.. He'd try to make it back in a timely manner.
Kagami, Jin rushing through the lands, the young soldier had finally arrived into the settlement of Zexen, he would have taken off his mask long before entering the gates.. He knew he was being watched, and it would keep him safer that way, but now... He wondered if anyone was within the walls, anyone from the large organization known as the Crimson Dawn...

Once he had arrived at the village square, guards before the High Lords palace and Jin taking a knee with his head bowed down...

"Lady Rhyme! I must meet with the High Lord, immediately, this is about the Crimson Dawn---" He stopped right there... Who was watching him, where were they hiding.

Rhyme says, You can tell me
Kagami, Jin not speaking a word, he would hand her the letter he was going to send Nakami, in case no one was able to respond to what would happen next.


Kagami, Jin hands Rhyme a EMERGENCY LETTER.
Rhyme looks at the letter but doesnt say anything.

"Noted..." she would form a seal on her body and place the letter there.
Kagami, Jin nods his head, wishing he had that same level of sealing.
Kagami, Jin whispers, I encountered the same man who wrote the letter, and he vanished with a flash of lightning... He was waiting, he wanted me to live and complete the mission, this tactic they are using, they want to alarm us.
