Even though I'm the youngest of my 3 siblings, often friends and family see me as a big brother figure. As a passionate veteran player of Wlo I feel I could maintain a level of friendly respect with members, and coworkers all while delivering quick, appropriate, and honest answers to the members

Yes! Guides would include easy to follow descriptions, pictures along with indicators of where to go.
A moderator to me is an individual in a setting that is in a corny way, the first line of defense. When there is a problem before bringing it to the attention of an Admin, GM, or Owner you want to try to solve it first to prevent any unwanted stress for the already busier staff. Moderators help to keep the peace without further escalating the problem (unbiased solution and following guidelines left by Admin, GM and Owner) and I respect them for doing their job.





Once the warning has been issued, I would screenshot the moment the member has broken the rules for records. After the member objects the warning and blames me, I would sympathize with the member with “I understand you may be feeling frustrated but according to the #rules (I would paste the from rule from guidelines here) You didn’t follow the guidelines here.(paste screenshot here). Guidelines could be daunting sometimes but the GM and admins worked hard to put them in place. I urge you to take the time to read the rules put in place ,rules are put together so you guys could enjoy the server peacefully. I’ll let you off with a warning because this seems to be a misunderstanding but I can’t guarantee that if there’s a next time you’ll get a warning :(. (I actually don’t know how many warnings players get but I thought it was only fair to give a second warning before issuing a penalization)
