About Me: Hello im Julz and i been here on v3rmillion since March 2018 In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis and going hiking with my brother and I also love reading, doing crossword puzzles, and studying languages and right now I’m learning dressage, which is very challenging.


Activity: to be honest i would love to join on this beautiful v3rmillion missionary and i just want to get experience on this and the other member on missionary I haven't done enough for the forum cause of my brother homework but this now im free and i can do better on helping on missonary


Strengths: My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when needed. I’m not afraid to take on a difficult client or do a project that nobody else wants because those are the clients and projects that teach me the most. I typically love to work outside of my job description and do whatever is asked of me. I'm not above any single task, and I take great pride in my ability to step in and adapt to any situation to get the best results for the missonary.


Weaknesses: When I’m given a task, I am very goal-oriented and work hard to complete that task. However, when new projects come across my plate, I sometimes jump right into those projects and halt work on the projects I had in progress. Having to jump between tasks, so many times throughout the day hinders my productivity and prevents me from delivering my best work. I have been using a project management tool to help me manage my tasks and my time, which has helped me become more aware of prioritization. Since implementing this project management mentality, I have only improved my efficiency and productivity.


Why i Should be Selected: I believe that my experience with VM, specifically in the small section curator, make me the best match for this position. In my previous job, I was responsible for maintaining and updating our company website. This required keeping employee profiles updated and continuously posting information regarding upcoming events. I truly enjoyed what I was doing, which is what drew me to this position with your VM. I would love to bring the Small section Curator within this beautiful community
