- Description: Kristine, who was visiting from Texas, was sitting in a car with some friends that were selling medical marijuana to Frazier. However, her friends grew suspicious when Frazier didn’t match the photo on the driver’s license that had been supplied. Frazier then pulled a gun and demanded 2 lbs of marijuana. He fired at the seller as well as the car Kristine was in. The shots missed the seller, but Kristine was hit just below her left eye.
