Bert Karlsson was born on June 21, 1945, and he is known for being an entrepreneur, former politician, and a Swedish record company manager. He was also a front figure in the New Democracy party and a Member of the Parliament in 1991-1994. Bert Karlsson became a familiar face to the public, when he became the owner and the manager of a record company called Mariann Gramophone AB. Some of you might know Bert Karlsson as the owner of an incredible theme park that all of our children love, Skara Sommerland.
As for his past, Bert Karlsson said that he spent the first year of his school in a school dorm, together with his family who lived in Lunne, Tidan. When he was only 9 years old, his family decided to move to the official Electrical residence of the community, which was also very close to the river Tidan. There, his father Gunner Karlsson (1918-2001) had a job as a warehouse manager and an electrician. His mother on the other hand. Agnes Karlsson (1919-1999) was a seamstress at home, and she later decided to get a better paying job as a Press Office worker.
As for his later life, he met a beautiful woman named Britt-Marie, who was born on 1946, and soon the two fell in love. They decided to get married in 1967, and even though it was not a big wedding, they remember it vividly. In addition, they settled in the late 1960s and had two children, a son and a daughter, who both worked in Jokarjo.
