Up until 7 grade culinary I drew nothing but stick figures, but then we had a project to make a comic book on super foods, so I drew a kale man if I remember correctly, now knowing that I was stepping into the world of art, that is not what got me into the furry fandom, that started when I was 8 but it was unknown to me at the time that I was starting to show signs that I might be a furry.

When Skyrim was released I loved it and 8 yr old me, never got off the Xbox, I was hooked like a meth addict to meth.

My first character was a khajiht spellblade and I named him "cat man of doom" fast forward a year and I now had about 50 characters mostly argonians, the lizard folk of Skyrim.

Fast forward even more to now, I have about 5.5k hours on Skyrim and I've only played the 2 beast races of Skyrim with an orc here and there.

So that's my story on Skyrim, but the furry story progressed differently.

The first sign was all he Skyrim characters being cat and lizard folk, soon after I discovered my talent I started dragon heads and dragon eyes, for that whole range, I did not know this fandom existed, then some time later I discovered furry art and figured it looked cool, I showed some people and they called me a furry, at the time I was confused, so when I got home I looked up on YouTube what a furry was, I chose to watch a Reddit video that put the fandom in a negative light, and since then I've kept that I like furry art under wraps.

Fast forward even more to just last year, I discovered that a friend of mine is a proud furry, my face at first, was of disgust, but then I asked him if he was one of the weird ones, I was referring to those who go fursuiting and he said no, so I delve deeper and decided that not all furrys are bad, some are good, and being a furry does not change you as a person.

So my opinion on everything went from negative to positive after a few more videos of "research" with this flipped perspective and stopped thinking any of you guys are weird, suiters and all, I've only been part of these amino a few days, and it showed me that, I am a furry, and I accept that.
